Called a.m. of a very cold Jan 21st with frozen pipes in what I call our "Florida room" - the pipes don't like the cold. I didn't drip the faucet enough. The gentleman on the phone spent a good deal of time with me to go through everything about my setup. They were not surprisingly swamped but he managed to send someone over within a couple of hours. Leo came in, very professional, and walked me through a very overcomplicated system of pipes. No other plumber has done that with me. Managed to thaw the pipes and now I'm looking forward to the Gentleman Plumber coming back to replace my pipes, better insulate and give my wife and I some peace of mind. Great company! ... in writing this review, I apparently overwrote my review from 5 months ago for another project. That review was just as positive!

Little hot water reaching 2nd floor tub shower. Marco quickly analyzed the cause and cleaned the dirty but still serviceable shower cartridge. He was professional, personable and efficient, resolving the problem in a half hour. Another excellent representative of the super service of GP!

The plumber whom I had been using for many years retired three years ago and only recently have I found a replacement that I like. My first experience using The Gentleman Plumber was in early February 2024. During the course of that month, I have had several conversations with the supervisor, Andy Perkins, about various plumbing issues at my house, including problems with my sump pump discharge pipe. On each occasion, he has listened attentively to my problems and taken the time to recommend the best and most economical way for me to address them. I also have had a good experience with Cesar, a member of the plumbing crew whom Andy supervises. Cesar works efficiently and cleans up the area after he has completed the job. I will continue to use The Gentleman Plumber for all of my plumbing needs. Leo unclogged my bathroom sink today. He did a very thorough job. He both explained to me what is causing my sink to clog up and described what could be a longterm solution. He is a true professional.

Leo Bustamante was the guy assigned to my repair job. It wasn’t a small job, the home’s old original cast iron sewage drain stack had developed a large crack and needed to be replaced. The Gentleman Plumber gave a good price compared to other estimates I got, Leo was polite and professional and got the job done.

We’ve had such a great experience with Leo. He took time to go over what’s wrong and fixed in quickly. We will definitely go back to him whenever we have a plumbing issue.

As with previous work by The Gentleman Plumber this challenging job was completed perfectly. Finished appearance and function are better than the original installation and, despite issues with existing structure, the installation was done without additional damage so no follow up repairs are required. Highly recommended.
