Thanks to Owen, for the prompt and smooth experience I have had when dealing with my clogged kitchen sink. Owen explained the situation, proposed a couple of options and recommended a solution that fixed the issue. He was professional, knowledgeable, and through in his inspection. He took the time to explain everything clearly and ensured the water was running efficiently. His attention to detail, politeness and friendly attitude made the experience even better. We woke up one morning to a pool of sewage water in our basement, and we feel so lucky that we found and contacted The Pipe Doctor. Owen was able to come very quickly and successfully unclogged our sewer line. He referred us to his colleague, David, to help us determine the root cause of the problem. David came a couple of days later with a high quality camera, allowing us to see exactly what was going on. We ended up needing to repair a broken piece of pipe that had become dislodged and was causing a blockage. Our cast iron pipe had a lot of buildup, which also contributed to the blockage. The Pipe Doctor was able to descale the pipe, which revealed that it had become very thin. We opted to line the pipe with an epoxy coating to prevent any future problems. Throughout the process, everyone we worked with at the Pipe Doctor was kind and professional. Most importantly, they were committed to performing quality work and took extra time to make sure that everything was done correctly. We really appreciated that.

We requested an inspection and remediation for two leaks in our townhouse that other plumbing services had either not been able to diagnose or were unwilling to work on. Fortunately, Owen from the Pipe Doctor was dispatched, and within a few hours, was able to identify the sources of the leaks, fix one, and advise on the second (outside of their scope). Owen was very thorough in explaining everything and running it by us before operating, and was also very considerate pre- and post-work to ensure our spaces were left clean. Daniel came on a Saturday ready to fix my flooded exterior basement steps. Explaining everything along the way, showing me the photos, the drain where the culprit of my backup was and correcting the issue. The prices were fair and honest work. Very satisfied with my experience. We had a full collapse of the sewer line under the street. This was unfortunately a big project but The Pipe Doctor was extremely responsive, explained clearly what was needed and provided the most reasonable estimate. They kept me up to date throughout the permitting process and got the job done quickly. David and the crew were all great to deal with -- would definitely recommend based on my experience.

I am so impressed with the services provided by the Pipe Doctor. My wife and I had a leak in our water line. I called a few companies. Gary, at Pipe Doctor, was the first to come out and give us an estimate. Their price came in very competitive but what made us go with them was their raving reviews. The reviews were definitely correct. The job to bring out the machinery, dig, replace the water line, reinsert the bushes, then seed and straw the area only took one business day. There were 5 or 6 guys working at one point. The crew was so respectful and clean. If they tracked in some dirt they cleaned it up. I am very impressed. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend!!!!
