My husband and I have used United Air Temp several times in the past and they continue to exemplify why we will use them in the future. This time they placed a tankless water heater in our home. They scheduled all the necessary permits and appointments to ensure a successful replacement. They used drop cloths, shoe covers and vacuumed to keep our home clean. They are always courteous and respectful. Thank you United Air Temp.

United Air Temp really helped us out in a pinch when our heat stopped working! Marco was excellent and great at explaining how to take care of our system. We also very much appreciated the Toys for Tots deal. They will definitely be our first call next time we’re in need!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our tech Marcus! He has been at our house several times and is extremely knowledgeable and cares about the work he does. He is great at explaining systems & answering any questions we may have. He is very professional and cleans up his workspace when finished. A+ technician!

I was impressed with United Airtemps. They worked quickly and diligently to get our heating system back up and running. Parts needed to be ordered and they got that done as fast as possible. Andrew was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. The customer service reps are delightful as well. Highly recommend!

Had my annual maintenance check on the HVAC system performed by United Air Temp and was very impressed. Marcus was my servicing representative and he took the time to perform the needed service efficiently. Additionally he took the time to communicate the status of the system, the future changes with HVAC systems, the age of my unit & when I should prepare for a possible replacement unit. All the information was super helpful and Marcus’ professionalism was superior. Highly recommend.

I typically don’t write reviews but this one was very warranted from my interaction with Customer Service Rep, Timothy, today with United Airtemp. I am a new homeowner so I’m still learning all the ins and outs with maintenance. I contacted UAT today to speak to a representative and was greeted by Tim. He did an amazing job educating me on my options and he was so patient with me. I told him I would write this review because he deserved a lot of praise. All it takes is patience and kindness and Tim did that for me today. Thanks Tim and UTA for hiring quality customer service representatives!
