I have been working with the JM team for 12 years on various AC and heating projects in my 80 year old DC home. This time they replaced my boiler with a new high efficiency gas boiler and hot water heater. The thing I value most about the JM team is just how professional they are. It’s the exact same guys who have worked in my place for years, I can leave them and go to work and feel perfectly at ease with them there. Their work is exceptionally well done, it’s hard to get excited about a boiler but the final product looks like something from a Jules Verne novel. Everything is left well marked and spotlessly clean. Functions flawlessly. They even performed some more mundane plumbing jobs for me that were equally well done. They are a bit more expensive than some other companies but the assurance of quality work from a reputable team makes JM worth it.

Dimitri and Abel did an outstanding job replacing my tankless water heater! They were punctual, efficient, and very patient in answering all my questions. What really impressed me was their courtesy and attention to detail. They took the time to lay down protective mats while moving their equipment and removed their shoes when necessary to protect my floors. I highly recommend them!

The owner and technicians were incredibly knowledgeable and professional. They were very respectful of my property ---protected floors and walls at all times, arrived on time, and thoroughly explained the issues and completely replaced my HVAC system and kitchen sink plumbing. JM Plumbing & Heating is an honest and extremely reliable company. The owner provided an extensive and transparent quote before starting all repairs. The work was completed efficiently and to a high standard; they even fixed other contractors' questionable work in the furnace room. They added a drain pan to my new water heater that was missed by another contractor and opened up an area underneath the stairs for extra storage space. I highly recommend this company to everyone needing HVAC and Plumbing services!!

The guys from JM were a pleasure to work with and did a great job for our recent project. We live in a 100+ year old house in DC, and they helped us move the laundry from the kitchen to a closet upstairs. They did both the electrical and plumbing work in a day, and the challenges of the old house didn’t phase them.

I had a really great experience with JM plumbing! We had a water heater leaking badly and were without hot water for several days while I searched for a plumber that could do the job and install the heat pump style I was looking for. Once I connected with Nick at JM they got me scheduled immediately for the next morning. The crew went above and beyond to leave a super clean install. They even took the extra step to improve on some poor workmanship left by previous contractors on the furnace gas line. Strongly recommended!

We are extremely pleased with the service we received regarding the installation of our tankless water heater. Nick came out for the estimate and walked through everything, answering all our questions. The crew that did the install was extremely professional, neat, efficient and did a fantastic job.
