We love Gilman’s! They are honest and dependable and offer amazing maintenance plans at low prices for service for both residential and business, so we choose them for both. We always have a great experience but prefer Devon because he is so professional, he’s very knowledgeable and really thorough! All the staff are wonderful and Lance, the service manager went above and beyond to help us today with a repair for our business heating unit, that we are so thankful for! Awesome Company and we Highly Recommend them! :)

Gilman Mechanical has been servicing my HVAC equipment for decades, maybe 40 years. Their technicians are always polite, professional and knowledgeable. Work is completed efficiently and I find their costs reasonable. I have always been satisfied with Gilman and would highly recommend them.

Amazing Experience with Gilman Heating & Cooling! Gilman installed their Platinum Comfort HVAC system in our home, and we couldn’t be happier! We have a two-story house that originally had just one heat pump. My daughter is always cold, and we used to have to set the thermostat to 75 just to keep her room at 68—leaving the rest of us too warm. Gilman came up with a fantastic solution that made our whole family happy. They installed their Platinum Comfort system specifically for our upstairs, and it’s been a game-changer! The technicians, Brandon and Wyatt, were exceptional—they kept us informed throughout the entire process and left our home spotless. Now, my daughter can enjoy her cozy warm temperatures, and my husband and I can sleep comfortably cool. To top it all off, our electric bill was only $233 during a particularly cold month—compared to the usual $150–$180—despite running two systems. We couldn’t recommend Gilman Heating & Cooling more highly! Fantastic service, great results, and worth every penny!

Pun aside, Chris and his fellow team, has expertly handled all our plumbing problems creating a seamlessly completed experience for us! These folks are prompt (ahead of schedule,) professional and knowledgeable about hot water heaters. The entire Gilman team made it an easy process from my first phone call to wrapping up the installation. I was informed of each next step and asked if they could answer any questions. I will definitely hire them again and again!

We called Gilman on a Sunday morning for an emergency appointment due to our eat not working well. A technician called back very quickly and one was able to come out in just a couple hours. Thankfully, it wasn't a major issue and it was able to be resolved quickly for a very reasonable rate, especially for an emergency call and a weekend. Highly recommend!

I chose this place mainly because of the number of years they've been in service. They may be a great company but I will never use this company again. Mainly because of the tech (Mike) who serviced my home was very rude. His demeanor the entire time was horrible. When you're working with customers your attitude should be very pleasant even if you have to fake it. He's reusing booties that should be thrown in the trash can because they were dirty, you can actually see the dirt. My daughter spoke to him and he didn't speak back. I don't normally complain but this had me so bothered. I hate the fact that I even called this place. 90 dollar service fee and 149 for caulking, 35 minute job. Will never use this service again.
