To put it short, Robert is an amazing plumber. I met him when he did a water heater replacement for my mother-in-law. When we finally got our own place I had him around for all sorts of jobs. He's given us a full plumbing inspection, drain cleaning, drain pipe replacement, installation of our new water heater (and now helped replace it again after a manufacturing defect), and a replacement and refitting of our basement sink and faucet. All throughout he has done brilliant work, provided explanation and reasoning every step of the way, and even given additional advice about all sorts of construction and home topics (which, as a first-time home buyer, I've highly valued). In fact, I preferred to go through our water heater manufacturer's laborious reimbursement process just to have him refit our replacement water heater, than rely on their own employees. I'd rather deal with that paperwork but know that I got him on the job. If you want a job done right, flexibility with complicated situations, and a great price on top of it all, I couldn't recommend him any more highly. Give him a call!

We needed a toilet fill valve replaced, a replacement washing machine shutoff valve, and a bathroom sink with flow issues. I called Robert and he came the next day, gave me a quote, and we set a time over text message. Robert prefers to be texted since he's a one-man-band operation and can't always answer the phone when he's knee deep on a job site, and as a millennial with anxiety about talking to strangers on the phone, I appreciate that. Robert's work was top notch, and his prices were very fair. He told me the more things there are to do, he can discount other work, so the toilet repair was cheaper when he was here doing other things as well, instead of just doing the one fix. I'm so happy with what he was able to do for us. He also suggested a few other improvements to make down the line, but unlike the crews from the bigger home systems repair companies you see advertised on TV, it did not feel like an up-sell at all. Just shoot him a text if and when we want to move forward with his recommendations.
