Gregory is the absolute man - he came out for a very short notice issue we had, was on time, courteous and went above and beyond to make sure we came up with a plan together. He helped educate me on what was actually going on in our crawlspace and it resulted in him completing a repair that was less expensive than what we originally thought. He also made sure to clean additional areas around the repair, which he didn’t have to, to verify everything was in good shape and we weren’t missing anything. Such a refreshing and incredibly helpful interaction. I’d be incredibly proud to be working alongside someone like Gregory and 911 Plumbing Specialists will now be my first call for any plumbing-related projects because of his example.

Thank you all for above and beyond service! When we lost our water main, your team stayed long on the job to ensure we had service the same night. When you returned to complete our main line reroute, your plumbing professionals ensured the best route that would allow for the best water pressure we have ever had! Not to mention, the added bonus of the trace wire that you placed to locate the water line that was installed and buried. This was a very difficult job due to the location of the original route being impeded by two very old but sturdy trees, their extremely durable and expansive root system, AND the awkward placement of the city meter. This was our first experience with your company, and we were impressed. Your plumbing team exceeded our expectations, and we look forward to utilizing your services in the future. Gregory was simply amazing! He is truly expert at what he does! We were very pleased with his professionalism, knowledge of our problem, attention to detail and definitely his commitment to staying until the problem was fixed. He kept us updated along the way, educated us on preventative maintenance and left the area clean and deodorized! Because of Gregory’s work ethics, we would definitely use 911 Home Specialist again.

Homeserv insurance was responsible for calling this plumber. The technician promptly showed up the next day. He disappeared within two hours at this address, after he told me that the insurance would not accept his estimate for the repairs. The next time I heard from them was 10 days later, I finally got A1 plumbing to make the repair. The insurance Co. Has refused to cover the cost due to a procerural problem. This was a $10K cost. I’ll see what the court will say.

We've been using 911 for a couple years now dating back to a busted wall pipe in the kitchen and subsequent kitchen remodel. We then had them remove a wall and build a custom double sided direct-vent stone fireplace. . They will be remodeling our 2 bathrooms and adding a laundry room to complete the total renovation of our 55 year old home from rafters to footers and everything in between! Their dedication to completing the job as planned, in the quickest most affordable way; while never compromising quality, is unmatched in the industry! Finally a contractor you can trust!!

They used to have an excellent plumber named Josh. They recently came out for a water pressure issue impacting the whole downstairs. They incorrectly diagnosed it as a bad faucet and charged $170 to rinse off the aerator. This was done in the 3 minutes they looked at the faucet (nothing else was checked). I was not asked if it was ok to proceed with the work and was just charged. I never would have approved of this considering I could do it myself in a minute. The water pressure issue still exists today. I was told the owner would contact me a month ago and again on December 23rd. Don't give them your business unless you want to throw your money away.

My wife and I recently purchased a home in Greenbrier that was a recent foreclosure. The sale was an as-is listing with no repairs made by the seller so we had out hands full as well as a long list of items we wanted completed. It is never easy to find a GOOD contractor, not to mention someone who makes you feel comfortable going in and out of your house while you are working and your family is at home...However, from our initial contact with this company, we have had nothing short of professionalism and a true team of contractors that CARE how things are done. Every project (Well over 40 items..) was detailed and reviewed by the contractors with us prior to starting them. Prior to finalizing out initial list, we added two more lists to their plate including building a full bar from scratch (See Photo). In addition to their professionalism, they were also great with our kids! My favorite part was coming home to see my son, who is 2, wearing a tape measure on his side just like his contractor buddies. This company is a class act and they care about YOU! They are a family business and they treat you and your property as such. I have been an active realtor in the Hampton Roads area for 8 years now and I would not refer another company other than 911 Home Repair Specialists to any client of mine as they have proven to be the right team for any and all jobs. Thank you for making my house a home and for making us comfortable the entire time.

Although this company did not get my business today, they got a lifetime customer for future plumbing issues. I had some concerning sounds coming from my hot water heater and wanted it to get looked at. I called the company and was greeted by a very pleasant individual on the phone. They were able to have a technician out instantly but were willing to accommodate me later when I got home from work. The technician was on time and very professional. The reason why I will recommend this company, is that when they diagnosed the problem, it was an easy fix. They explained my options and what it would cost for them to do the repairs or if I would elect to do them myself. Me being handy, felt I could do the repairs and elected to do them. There was no charge for the consultation and the company could have ultimately not disclosed the issue in an effort to ensure they performed the repair. However they were very up front on the options, honest about the problem, and showed such a high level of integrity. Because of this I will be using them for all future issues when I need repairs done, and would recommend them to anyone. They truly care about the customer and not the bottom line.
