This is my second bad experience with this company. This conversation also came from the owner who is very low tempered. I called back a month after an installation due to sewage leaking where they did work. When I was put on the phone I was immediately met with hostility. He got very defensive and told me it wasn't an installation problem but it just happened to be my pipes where the connection point was. Refused to even talk about it then abruptly hung up. This is unacceptable for any adults behavior, let alone the owner

My first comment was taken down so this is what it said. I reached out to them because they cut my AC/thermostat wire during installation. Not only did they deny it was them at first but after I showed them proof they told me they would fix it as a "favor". He did not take ownership once and was very poorly tempered. This was the owner. I would stay away from this company at all costs

Made three appointments with this company and got stood up all three times. After doing past business with them they still did not care about the inconvenience they put on me and my family. Their excuse was that they were too busy and they could not accommodate me in their schedule. Mind blowing how you could stand a client up three times and still not be willing to help or make an appointment happen. They never called me to tell me they weren't going to show either of the 3 times. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY !!!
