We're very pleased with short notice (1 day) and the quick scheduling in of our job at hand, the on time promptness, and quality of work you provided us this week. Joel is an outstanding technician who's very courteous, one who pays close attention to the quality of work and attention to detail in every aspect. He replaced 3 under sink water supply shut-off valves, removed the old and replaced a new kitchen sink and faucet, installed a new garbage disposal, and properly sealed in sink and adjoining countertop seams with silicone calking, all in around 3 hours time. Not Bad!

I just had Joel fix a leaking pipe in my home. He gave me my options ahead of time and let me know depending on what he finds, the home warranty wouldnt cover it. But I was lucky and he had to make a hole in my wall but made it minimal and it wasn't a serious issue. He was done quickly and with minimal damage to my home. He did an amazing job and would gladly use him again and JR Plumbing. Thank you Joel!

Joel did an outstanding job installing our water heater. He made pipe updates and installation of the new water heater and left a nice and clean site when finished. Highly recommend him for further tasks.

First time using this company, thankfully for a minor issue, using my home warranty..Our kitchen sink had a upper broken drain flange right at the bottom of the sink..J R assigned Luis to our residence this date (3/12)..He was to come between 1 and 5, he came around 2, a great response time..He was very professional and courteous as he identified the issue quickly, took time to select a fitting that fitted perfectly, and replaced and repaired the problem quickly..A great experience for us, we've heard various opinions on home warranty work, so far, every miscellaneous issues, from HVAC to plumbing, have been a good experience, and quite lucrative and a relief for us..I would most definitely use J R Plumbing and Mechanical in the future..Thank you!!

Joel was awesome!!! He was prompt and professional!!! He went above and beyond in repairing my bathroom faucet and a stubborn clog that we had. He and his company will be my go to from this day forward.
