I placed a warranty claim for my gas heating issue and this company was chosen to address it. They contacted me the same day it was reported (on a Sunday) to make a appointment for the next day. Early Monday morning the nice tech came out and diagnosed the issue and took care of it right away. I am grateful that this experience was smooth and my hoise is warm again. Thank you 😊

Thank you so much for coming out so quickly. I had a bad experience with another HVAC company that warranty company sent out. This company came out the next day after calling and called to let us know when on way. That is something very important when someone doesn’t have heat or air. He was there less than 20 minutes and problem solved. Highly recommend this company ! Some companies still have compassion and professionalism and this is one of them. THANK YOU!

Keith's guys came out the next day from when I called. They were extremely professional, and instantly found and fixed my HAVAC issue. The price was very competitive, and would absolutely use them again for any A/C issues.

Keith's professional services saved me literally thousands of dollars when we needed a second opinion. They came out early in the morning, were able to pull the permit that same day, schedule the city inspection for the next day, and then immediately come out again to wrap it all up. I scheduled work on a Saturday after an initial diagnosis. They canceled 1.5 hours beforehand expressing that replacing my blower motor and board was a 2 man job, so rescheduling was needed. I think they should have discovered how many workers were needed at the initial service call appt. So they rescheduled me for 48 hours later (2 more days of heat for my broken unit in my mind). They came and replaced my blower motor and board with which they seemingly did a good job. The cost for this with my trane system was mediocre though mostly understood. My issue was the communication and professionalism I experienced. After the work was done and after I paid in front of them, they then tell me in person the source of the problem was my return ducts being crushed. Though this information was proven correct later by another company, they never actually crawled under my house to verify that assumption at the initial service call appt or the forthcoming work appt. At the main work day, I asked after if they checked my coils for my unit, which I verbally requested beforehand, but they never did. Furthermore, one of the workers expressed that "you can leave your system running for a couple of weeks or so since you want someone else to fix your ducts and it should still blow mildly." It however still wasn't blowing at all after they left and my problem was unresolved. Why they wouldn't offer to fix my problem or be more sympathetic to resolve the issue while on site is strange. Hours later, the owner proceeded to offer charging me another $150 service call to diagnose the separate job (which they already told me it was the ducts...). I get it is a different job but they were already at my house and since the worker said the ducts assumption + miscommunicated to me about leaving my unit on, waiving that fee should be obvious. Their pay system is to charge a service call plus then contribute it towards the work IF agreeing to their suggested work. [Opinion only: I think it is still built in either way.] The owner never apologized for his worker telling me to leave my system on but did essentially contradict him in telling me I should leave my system OFF until the ducts were fixed (not ON like I was told). The owner got "testy" with me with words late one evening via text after I had something on my mind and was further inquisitive about my problems via Facebook...though never mentioning their company name at the time. My issue was that his words kept the focus on his company name and a negative review rather than my problem or the fact that some of their communication was off. He also defended himself quite a bit. He later apologized in his own way over the phone. He does however talk incessantly to explain every single detail by phone plus other information that was not requested. I felt "talked over" and could not get a word in on the phone. Maybe some people appreciate lots of phone chatter but I would rather have detailed notes on an invoice/quote or offering to come fix my issue for labor and materials without an additional service call fee. That would have been one way to resolve and achieve better customer service. They may do better going forward or may have satisfied many other customers in the past so I don't know if any of this would happen to others. I prefer to be honest with the public about my experience. I value integrity as well as professionalism. I simply can't recommend this company based on the culmination of things I experienced.

My AC kept shutting off and wouldn't heat the house, within a few hours of calling the company they were able to send out a technician with Keith himself, they were able to diagnose and recommend a fix and under 30 minutes flat. Keith was super fast and friendly and was able to explain what happened. I highly recommend his company and it's always good to support local technicians.

Keith and his team were nothing short of great! Our entire HVAC system went out and Keith was referred to me by one of my co-workers. I reached out to Keith and within 24 hours he was at our house looking at our unit where other contractors I reached out to did not get back in contact with me for longer than 24 hours. Keith also used a superior HVAC system in comparison to the competition. Not only was Keith and his team on time, they were very professional, and worked overtime to make sure the job was done right. Keith was also gave us an honest opinion about a service for our AC that ultimately saved us $500. We recommend him to everyone will be utilizing Keith and his services moving forward!
