I am indebted to MDM for coming to my rescue on short notice, My dad wears a diaper and needed the bathroom on a regular basis and you all came through for my house. I will let my family know who to call from now on, we have never had any tank cleaning done in forever, But from now on you all will forever get my business 😍🙏🏽, And might I add Mr. Earnest did what he came to do!!!

My first time using MDM. They were scheduled for a pump out. Some internal scheduling problem caused them to call and reschedule a few days later. No problems. They showed up promptly, pumped, and I thought the price was reasonable and fare.

Reached out on Facebook for a recommendation and a Pungo local responded and tagged MDM on Sunday. MDM responded almost immediately and asked if we needed an emergency call or if it could wait until the next day. My high alarm had gone off but decided to wait until the next morning. Driver, Mr Williams, arrived promptly before 8:30 and went right to work. He even dug up the middle chamber access which had not been pumped by previous servicer ten years ago when the last pump failed. Very thorough pumping, back washing and final rinse. Highly recommend if you are in need!

September 13 Dennis came out to pump my septic. He was very professional. He was on time. He was thorough and answered all my questions. September 19 James and Mark came out to replace a part on my pump or septic and they too were very professional very nice on time. I would highly recommend MDM SEPTIC.

UPDATE - he offered $100 which is a joke - not nearly enough to fix the damage done. I’m hoping whoever reads this review thinks twice - he’s basically saying that being given permission to come onto someone’s property to provide a service means they have permission to damage the property without liability. Wow! The driver broke a corner of the driveway in two places when he backed the truck into the yard and the company is refusing to pay for the damage. The owner, David Thieman, is saying that we gave them permission to come on the driveway so we are responsible for the damage his drivers caused. I do not recommend doing business with a company that does not have any ethics about repairing damage to property caused by their employees.

I called multiple septic company’s to get an assessment on my septic system because I was having minor leaching issues. Most companies didn’t respond and one company showed up randomly on a different day then originally scheduled, did nothing, and then called me three weeks later and said it would be $4800 but I had to decide right then and there on the phone or they wouldn’t do it for months. They also would not tell me what was wrong. I obviously said no. I called around to more places and someone recommended MDM. I wish I would have started here first! They were professional and even looked at my schematics before hand to determine if me paying for an assessment was really worth it. Talking with Brian, I can tell they truly value customers time and money. Don’t waste your time with anyone else. These guys rock! I will never use anyone else for my septic tank needs.

Friday afternoon we were in need of septic services. This company was out on a job but called me back as soon as they finished. They showed up at our house within 30 minutes, even though it was the end of the day. They were so friendly and professional and they pumped our septic within an hour! Extremely grateful that they decided to come help us out instead of calling it a day! Thank you!!!

My septic clean-out between the main tank and my house started to over-flow one nite due to a blockage at some point. The next morning I ran my hose through the clean out to see if I can dislodge any blockage, to no avail. Initially I called A1 plumbing; they ran their snake and hydro blaster which did not clear the blockage; so we followed the line to the main sludge tank that was buried, which we uncovered. Our pump station has a riser above ground, main tank does not. The tanks were pumped 18 months previously, before we closed on this house so I initially did not think the tank would be full this quick, with just 4 in the household. Turns out after some research, the company that did the pumping with the previous owner, only pumped the pump station, not the main tank. They never identified the location of the main. So who knows how long the main tank went without pumping; but I tell you it was really full. The top layer was at-least a foot thick. This prevented my house line from emptying, causing the back up. I showed him what was going on and he got to work quick. He pumped both my tanks, hosed them down, cleaned my piping, pump and float switches, tested them and walked me through the whole process. I certainly feel more informed and knowledgeable about this critical system. He was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. His professionalism will certainly ensure I use MDM Septic Services again for my septic needs. I initially called them on Sunday afternoon (which was on Easter) and Dennis showed up promptly at 830 Monday morning and was done by 930. Thanks Dennis and MDM!
