My family and I had a house fire a few months back and were lucky to have premier restoration take care of our home and more. They kept my insurance company and me constantly updated during the whole repairs process. The best part? They finished ahead of schedule and our home looks incredible. I pray we never have another incident in our home but if we do, we will gladly call premier restoration.

Updating my previous review of Premier Restorations after a pretty bad experience with the original project manager. After expressing concerns with Premier, Gabe was sent out to finish up our projects as our new project manager. Working with him was absolutely awesome. He communicated with us throughout the entire process and things finally started to move along very quickly and efficiently. At first, I would not have recommended Premier to do any work. However, after my most recent experience(s) with Premier I would say my opinion has drastically changed and would recommend them to anyone. I have also attached pictures for a job Gabe had redone. Looks amazing!

They repaired flood damage at my condo and did a wonderful job! It was a pleasure working with Sue and Gabe!/. Highly recommend their services!

Premiere Restorations did an outstanding job on my repairs. Their employees are exceptionally courteous and friendly. They did a very thorough job. The packers were very professional. I've never seen anyone pack so carefully and neatly. I even learned a few things just watching them. You're never too old to learn. The floor installer was exceptional. I would definitely use these packers again because they really took very good care in packing my things and putting them in the storage Pod. The floor installer did an amazing job and if I needed another floor replaced I would definitely use him again. He took his time and made sure that the vinyl was perfectly laid. I watched him in amazement because he was definitely a professional. The painters were 2nd to none. When they finished painting my house it just looked amazing. The packers brought my belongings back in and I'm totally satisfied with the outcome of everything. Everyone who had a hand in my restoration project was exceptional. Thank you to the manager Sue and the pack in and packout supervisor Kylie. Your team did an amazing and outstanding job. Pictures will be updated soon. Quality of workmanship outstanding. Communication on progress of the work and information on timelines for completion - poor. I ultimately decided to finish the final work myself. Used them a few years ago and had a very positive experience - not so much on our recent water leak and repair.

We have been fortunate over the years not to have bad situations happen with our home. It finally happened and my wife and needed help understanding the process (as well as frustrated) and what steps needed to be taken and when. We were fortunate enough to work with Gabe Fox as he delivered outstanding service through our experience. Thanks for everything.

The pipes burst in my wall at 4 am , the day my husband went out of town, and the first day of school. Premier Restoration was there to help me. Tear down, electrical, plumbing, construction, and new floors. Everyone, office staff and each employee, they are amazing. I’ve had them work at my parent’s house now. They will be our go to for any project.

The service that I received from the staff was very professional. The quality of the work was exceptional from start to finish. I want to thank the office staff for checking on my concerns, status of the work performed. They made me feel that I was important. I want to thank Brian for assisting through the process from start to finish and assisting me with my insurance company. Finally, I want to thank Allen and his team of workmen for their customer service, quality of work, kindness, timely completion of their work, consideration of my schedule and the cleanliness while completing their assigned duties.
