RS Andrews installed a water heater in my mom's home in 2022. The relief valve failed this weekend (not their fault) and the water drained into the drain pan in the attic. The drain pan was bent and the drain line that was connected to the drain pan was improperly installed so the water didn't drain through the pipe. It drained out the bottom of the drain pan at the fitting and flooded my mom's second floor. Ironically, when I told my dad what had happened, he had the same experience. RS Andrews installed an HVAC at his house. When the drain pan filled with water it didn't flow out the drain line. Instead it drained out the bottom into his ceiling. They are obviously using poorly trained personnel for this critical item. If you want to work with professionals, this isn't the business.

I want to thank Tony Francisco for the honesty, knowledge, and wonderful customer service we have experienced with him today. He was very nice and knows about his job and the parts. He took his time doing the tune up and was very patient and polite. He answered all of our questions ( me and my husband)with the knowledge of his job.I highly recommend RS Andrews to anyone, especially Francisco. I placed my order via Lowes. Ricky was the technician that came to replace my water heater. He did a phenomenal job. My house was debris free when the job is done. He explained everything to me and made sure everything works without leaks before he left. I would say they are trustworthy and professional. I would use them again.

Gary (service technician) was excellent explaining the service call maintenance. He explained what to look out for in the future to keep my system healthy. He explained items that could be purchased to improve the efficiency and quality of the output of the air conditioning system. Highly recommend the $69.00 air conditioning health check from RS Andrews prior to the hot summer months arriving. Well worth it… Stay cool!!! Ask for Gary Walker.

my heat went out on a Saturday night, i contacted r s andrews the next morning and they had Shane come out an hour later to diagnose the issue. i was well aware my unit was approaching the end of its life as i’ve had some ongoing issues with it the last couple of years so i did expect to hear that i’d need a new one, but i was given multiple options for repair as well. i decided to proceed with a new gaspack and today, the very next day, they came out to install. Anthony was super helpful with the set up of my new thermostat and he and Ryan did a speedy installation of my new unit as well. they completely removed my old unit and left behind no clean up! they were much more thorough than the old hvac company i used and the pricing was better as well!

Timmy Greene was my tech. He was very professional and thorough with the maintenance check. I was also given additional information which will add to the enhancement and function of my unis. Before leaving he answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. It was a pleasure doing business with he and he is truly an asset to R S Andrews.
