Z line home services performed the door service I requested and did an outstanding job. Jacob was professional and knowledgeable of doors and he did a great job and made sure that I was satisfied before he left. Setting up the job with Z line made this job very smooth. Theresa was fantastic in keeping me informed of the appointment and changes that were made to the schedule which made it very easy for me to accept. I would highly recommend z line for any of your handyman projects.

Z-Line and James were absolutely superb. I was constantly informed of scheduling. James was prompt, courteous and a superb craftsman. My project was a deck landing and stairs. The workmanship and cleanup were incredible. I would call on Z -line again with out hesitation.

Z-Line did exceptional work from the beginning to the end! They were professional and accommodating on the phone. In person, Chris provided detailed guidance about the job: to replace damaged siding on my mother’s house. Chris was punctual, knowledgeable, neat, friendly, and professional. We will use Z-Line again for handyman jobs.

Installing my grab bar and toilet armrest went very well. Wasn’t sure how the toilet armrest would work out. Well after your man finish installing it. It fits great. Also provide some aid in getting out of the shower. Doesn’t look like someone had worked there to install my stuff. Great cleanup.

I met a fantastic team at this company I recently hired for some services. Teresa, the customer service representative, was a true standout. Her exceptional customer service skills and sense of humor made the entire experience delightful. Unlike other companies, Teresa made sure to keep me informed and at ease, even during unexpected delays. As a first-time customer, I was quite anxious due to past negative experiences with unprofessional and non-transparent companies. However, Teresa's calm demeanor and reassurance made a huge difference. Her professionalism and care deserve recognition, and I believe she would be an excellent trainer for others in customer service. Next, let's talk about Quincy, the contractor who assembled my bed. Quincy's excellent communication and attentiveness to my needs were truly impressive. Unlike other contractors I've encountered, Quincy was open and approachable, which made me feel comfortable asking questions. I believe that Quincy's strong work ethic and personable nature are a rare find in his field as far the first visit , and his firm handshake left a great impression on me. Update on second project on 8-27-24 Terry's performance was truly exceptional! His exceptional customer service skills immediately put us at ease. Terry efficiently tackled the task at hand, which involved removing an old built-in oven to make way for our new stove. He skillfully cut around the cabinet to ensure a seamless fit for the new appliance. Furthermore, he impressively navigated the challenge of bringing the old stove down 13 deep and steep stairs. This is a fantastic company starting with Teresa who will take your call and scheduling. I’ve searched for 8 mos. To find someone to replace the wood balusters with metal ones. This required some problem solving in order to keep the handrail. Terry was prompt, courteous, and took time to answer any questions I had. He did a fabulous job on the installation. Also involved were Chris and Quinton. Chris found the parts needed and Quinton was here the morning of fay one because his other job was canceled. You have a whole team. Details about my experience with Z-Line Handyman Services: - Came out and gave me a quote. That was painful in that they rescheduled the first appointment. - I had several things being done with a cost of over 5K dollars to include: minor wood repair on the siding of my house, fence repair where it was leaning, fence staining, minor caulking on a piece of siding, and fence pressure washing and staining. - They came out and did a portion of the work. The second day they were scheduled they canceled and rescheduled. Then they did it again. - It was abundantly clear that they did not know how to pressure wash a fence or stain it for that matter. There is a huge bleach spot on my lawn from where they sat the bleach bottles and let it pour onto it. Because somehow they thought a cloth tarp would be ok. - The fence staining was equally as bad. They used a spray gun, and the paint went on very uneven. It went all over my white house, driveway, and god knows where else. They left without telling me that they got it all over my house and made no attempts to clean it off. They did try and paint my siding with a paint that does not match. You can see it in the pictures attached. They also left with it having huge gaps where a second coat was needed. When I got home from work, I walked around and immediately tried to call them. They kept sending my calls to voice mail. So, I had to contact my lawyer who advised I should put the complaint in writing. - I emailed them the complaint regarding the paint on my house, the large gaps in paint coverage, etc. and they sent someone out to repair it 5 days later on a Saturday. I had to spend an entire Saturday waiting around for this guy to fix what he broke and finish what I already paid for. I was not home when they "cleaned" the dryer vent but I am almost certain that they did not. They did not have a vacuum and there was no lint on the outside. The wood repair they did is not what they promised. They basically painted the end and did not repair the rotting wood. I still have a huge bleach spot on lawn - the lawn I pay to have treated by ALM. I would never use them again. I know I overpaid and am glad this is over. I will use a more reputable company in the future.
