Had a wonderful experience with Sam! Needed my water heater moved a few inches, whoever installed it had cut into the wall to make space for it to fit, leading to a big open door for mice to come into my home. Work was done even better than the original plan we discussed, Sam explained everything to me (such a relief as a first time home owner), and caught something my inspector missed and fixed it. Recommending to everyone! Big bonus was he had no issue wearing a mask in my home as I am still quite a Covid-conscious person, that was very appreciated. Also wore shoe covers and moved my bathmat to avoid getting it dirty which may be small but was really above and beyond, could tell he cared about my home and comfort.

They came out and unclogged my kitchen sink while I was at work. They made a mess of my apartment. Toilet seat left up, boot prints everywhere, nasty stuff all over the floor. Next day, I wake up and my drain is clogged again. I ask them to come back, and also let them know I didn’t appreciate the mess that was left. They come back and make an even bigger mess. One extra star for unclogging the drain - thanks for that, I guess.

First time using them today and I had a great experience with Sam. Super down to earth, honest, friendly, and talented guy. Instead of telling me I needed to replace my 25 year old water heater, he said he could fix it, which would give me some more time until I needed to buy a replacement. Not once did he upsell me or push me into an expensive replacement. I'm just impressed with his professionalism, kindness and work ethic. He provided a quote for a mid-grade commercial heater including install for when the time comes to replace it. In and out in 30 mins. Amazing!

I called 360 Plumbing about an outdoor hose bib that was leaking really badly. I called and they scheduled a date less than a week away. Once Brandon arrived he was quick, friendly, and professional. He quoted me one price (which I was happy with), but after seeing my crawl space, he knocked off $25. (something that made the job easier-but I was none the wiser, so I appreciated his honesty). I will 100% call 360 Plumbing Service in the future. S/O to Brandon and the crew!
