I’d like to take a moment and re-evaluate my experience with RJ Tilley. Yesterday, my review was not a fair assessment b/c I did not have all the necessary information to make certain remarks. First thing this morning, the Service Manager personally called. He was genuinely concerned about my service and initial frustration. Prior to calling, he had already addressed the situation with his staff to rectify my experience. He apologized, explained why parts were not on the truck, and informed me of the steps that have been taken to ensure their customers receive appropriate and immediate repairs when possible. Again, I cannot say enough about their customer service, professionalism, and follow up. I will be sure to call them for future plumbing needs.
