This is coming from one who has a made a professional career in the Facility Services Field, currently working for a local school district as an Administrator. Trevor took the time to communicate and teach as he was going about the cause of the back up, and how to be proactive moving forward. Everyone presented as professional, knowledgeable, and with the best customer service I have noted in quite a while. I Never write reviews but my experience with Trevor and his supervisor was the best. They came out found and fixed a leak in my front yard. After I was told from another company that they would replace my main water line without figuring out what was wrong. Definitely trust Atlantic plumbing HVAC inc for any future issues! Quick, professional, and very friendly. They provide fair estimates and do outstanding work. I've used them for HVAC and plumbing services. I will absolutely go to them for my HVAC and plumbing needs. So the pros at Atlantic plumbing, heating and air conditioning replaced a toilet and redid the washing machine hookups for me. I am completely amazed at how clean and professional their work was. They took a sketchy and dated setup and completely revamped everything to comply with modern day regulations. This house was built in the '60s and they absolutely nailed it with their professionalism and ruthless efficiency in completing both tasks. They were on site for less than 4 hours. During the 4 hours, they replaced a toilet and redid all the lines for the washing machine hook up. All I can think of is ruthless efficiency. I am beyond impressed and I wholeheartedly recommend Atlantic to anyone needing HVAC or plumbing resources. I've attached before and after pictures highlighting the dismal state of my washing machine hookup and the toilet compared to what they installed. I am absolutely amazed at the professional installation and phenomenal execution.

We had a heating issue and AC plumbing came out same day, within two hours of the call. Terry went above and beyond to help fix the issue while also performing our inspection. Great service, professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

Shawn was very professional, and thorough. He took the time to explain things to me and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. We will definitely be using Atlantic again for any issues and regular maintenance on our AC and plumbing we have.

Great service from start to finish! I was scheduled promptly for a service call with a narrow arrival time (9:00 am to 9:15 am - NO waiting around for hours) and the Tech arrived right on time. He listened closely to what my problem was, made his own careful evaluation and then gave me a very reasonable estimate. Parts were quickly delivered and installed. He not only made the repair, he performed some preventative maintenance cleaning to leave the entire unit much better than when he arrived! Thank you!
