We hired Ron’s plumbing a year ago to investigate a leak that was related to our AC unit. They came out, didn’t find anything, and said they would come out the following day to look some more and that they wouldn’t charge anything because they couldn’t find anything wrong. They never showed up the second day, and then I received an invoice for $200. When I called the gentlemen that came out to the house and told us he wouldn’t be charging us he said he didn’t know why they did that and he would take care of it. We had Michael and sons come out a week later and they replaced our unit. Fast forward a year later and we are receiving an invoice for $200 again with a late fee tacked on. I was furious. They did call me back and tell me that it was a clerical error, but I probably would still not use them again after this experience.

Our air went out and Ron’s Heating and Air came out to access the problem. The issue was found within the first 5 minutes of the tech arriving. A new motor had to be ordered and programmed, which was extremely quick considering it was a weekend. It only took 2 days for the part to come and and it was installed in less than 10 minutes. The tech kept me updated and called 30 minutes prior to arriving. Very friendly and very efficient. Great job gentlemen and I will use your services again and also recommend your place of business!!

This company did a preventive maintenance check on my senior citizen mothers a/c system 30 days ago. She called them back out because her a/c wasn't working. They charged her $190 to tighten a loose wire.....now if they were doing preventative maintenance.....wouldn't you think that would be on their check list of items to look at......$190....it took the repair man longer to go back to the truck and retrieve a ladder than it did to do the actual work..... sounds like they don't mind taking advantage of the elderly.
