I wanted to share my feedback regarding your services. While the initial installation and the first couple of years seem trouble-free, I’ve noticed that the materials used appear to be of lower quality. Despite assurances that you use high-quality materials, the reality suggests otherwise, as issues begin to arise after a relatively short period. The recurring problems lead to charges comparable to the original costs every 2-3 years, which is both frustrating and disappointing as a customer. It creates the impression that the materials are not designed for long-term reliability, contrary to what was promised. I strongly encourage you to review the quality of materials being used and ensure they align with the assurances provided to your customers. Long-term durability and transparency would go a long way in maintaining customer trust and satisfaction.

We had an excellent experience with this team. From the initial contact to get pricing and options to the removal and installation of two AC units to a fourth floor rooftop installation, the commitment to provide excellent service at a very competitive price was just beyond what we expected. Even the permit process and getting Fairfax county inspectors in was easy and professionally managed. I can not say enough good things about the lengths they went to in ensuring we had great customer service. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again.

Absolutely thrilled with the service I received from Michael Ganoe for a bunch of electrical-related work he completed around our property. Michael was super professional, thorough, and extremely easy to communicate with and we couldn’t be happier with the work. Zach Gore also came out and joined Michael to assist with attic fan installation and was really polite and knowledgeable. Also really pleased with the wonderful experience dealing with Sean Cary and Daniel Method during our recent HVAC appointments, who were both super sharp and helpful in assisting us with our needs and concerns. I really appreciated the work Andrew (Drew) put into replacing our water heater, despite it taking him through 9:30PM (timing not being his fault). He was cordial, pleasantly flexible with pricing and offerings, came ready to install same-day, and his time estimate was spot-on which was really helpful for my family to plan around. Justin arrived at the established time on a Saturday. It was a great experience. He took extra care of maintaining a clean work area before, during, and after the service. He left the work area cleaner than he found it. He took time to explain the process and to answer all our questions. Justin was professional, knowledgeable, and provided excellent work. FH Furr responded quickly, and was able to schedule our repair within a few days. They were also less expensive than another quote I had received. The work provided was fine, but the area around the work was not well protected. I had a carpet piece laying on bare concrete floor near the work site, and it was covered with dirt and mud when they were finished.

Terrific experience. My plumber AJ was absolutely punctual, polite, and informative. He was explained everything about my plumbing issue and presented a range of options in a pressure-free manner. He also identified an additional, very real problem and remedied it promptly. I am very satisfied with the service I received for the price.
