Mark was our service tech and did an excellent job repairing our leak. The staff at Reddick & Sons were quick to get everything set up even though it was an after hours emergency job. Will have to add these folks to my list of service companies for sure.

Mitch did an awesome job resolving my plumbing issue, kitchen ceiling was leaking water. I was panicking but he was calm and knew exactly what needed to happen and where to look to see where the water was coming from. Sometimes when dealing with companies, the tech would need to reschedule another time to come back to complete the job because they don’t have the parts or tools, not Mitch. He had all the tools and parts with him to complete the job!

Reddick & son have staff Joe came to do my tankless water heater flush. On time and communication well and trustworthy. He is knowledgeable and courteous and clean up afterwards and neat. Price is affordable and reasonable. Their process for request are super easy and communicate well and you are informed which staff is coming. Reddick & Sons replaced the ruptured drain line of my 65-year-old house, a major project which entailed jack-hammering my basement floor and using a back-hoe to dig a trench through my front yard to connect with the public sewer line. The entire operation was skillfully quarterbacked by Gilbert R. He had come to my house previously to assist with a comparatively simple plumbing task, but this challenge revealed his remarkable skills at comprehensive project management, co-ordinating the involvement of damage remediation specialists and heavy-equipment operators. He ensured that we were inconvenienced as little as possible throughout and left the job site clean and orderly at the end of each day. Gilbert and his apprentice Sam even carried a heavy sleeper sofa from our basement to our neighbor's garage to get it out of the way and under cover. I cannot commend Gilbert R. and Reddick & Sons highly enough.
