USA Drain Service called to confirm what time they would arrive. They were right on time and knuckled down to take care of my two issues. They were very respectful of my home, wearing shoe covers and once the jobs were finished, they tidied the 2 bathrooms! That means a lot! I would highly recommend this company. Employee’s were friendly and knowledgeable. I will use them again!

Called and talked to Allen about having my pipes jetted our. He and his crew showed up on time and while setting up to get started they discovered I had a issue that needed to be fixed. Allen worked up a price to replace a bad pipe and to reconnect other pipes. I felt his price was fair for the work that had to be done, his crew prepaired the job site for the work to be done the following day. The 2 Brandon's showed up on time and made all the repairs, cleaned up when finished, took alot of pictures to show me all the work done under the house. USA Drain Service replaced my 30 year old leaking copper pipes with PEX over a 2 day period. This work included a new water heater, new shower valves, and new water supply valves in addition to all the pipes. Brandon, Bert, and Brandon were on time, polite, and did a excellent job cleaning up when the work was complete. I highly recommend USA Drain Service for your plumbing needs.

Highly recommend! Had a leaking pipe and had to cut through my shower to get to it and close it off. Brandon and Brandon came over and fixed the leak, rerouted my pipes so we could access through a wall if we ever need to again and don’t have to cut through our shower, and installed a whole new shower/bathtub for us.

Had a leak around our shower door I’d previously tried to fix without luck. They could have said “sure we can fix it” and charged whatever price, but didn’t try to sell me on something they said was going to be tough to actually fix. They were honest despite not getting any business, and very professional and friendly.
