Sunday evening I discovered a leak coming from one of the pipes that serves as a supplemental heat. I needed to find a company knowledgeable with my unit that did Plumbing, Heating & Air, White Glove came early Monday, Jim the technician, stopped all of the leaks, for later on to do the water repairs needed. What made this experience unique to me was Jim's caring attitude, I am a Senior and it meant a lot to me. Definitely I highly recommend White Glove Plumbing, Heating & Air not only for the professionalism, but for the way they treat their customers.

Wow. Super responsive! Amazing communications. This was our first time using White Glove Plumbing and it was a great experience. We normally use Bradley Mechanical (even have a service agreement with them) and we had them out to provide a free estimate/quote for a water heater replacement. I emailed BM with some questions about the estimate (brand of heater, warranty, capacity, etc.) and they never responded. We thought their price may be a little high so we shopped around some. Woodfin wanted to charge $$ to send someone out to provide an estimate. James River Air also wanted to charge $$ to send someone out to provide an estimate. White Glove Plumbing worked with me. Rich offered to send someone out to look at the heater and provided an estimate. I declined and instead emailed him a handful of pictures, a description, and my concerns. He continued to exchanges messages through Yelp for a couple of weeks. Rich was able to provide an estimate and presented me with options and prices for those options, one of which was me providing the water heater and only having WGP perform the install. That last option is what I elected for. I provided the water heater and they furnished everything else for the quoted price. Their quoted prices were not high. They were competitive (and even a few hundred dollars cheaper than Bradley Mechanical). They arrived on time and began working immediately. Jim, the plumber, was great. He answered all my questions, worked with me to install the water heater *exactly* where and how I wanted, and even talked me through how to perform proper annual maintenance. There was no sales pitch or attempt to upsell. On the contrary, Jim was comfortable with my choice to 'downgrade' part of the install. Jim in a nutshell: professional, efficient, patient, polite, respectful of my requests. Excellent work. After this experience, I need to reevaluate who I will go with for my next service contract, BM or WGP.

During the first her wave of the season, our HVAC went out. White Glove was recommended and they responded quickly and gave us an evaluation of our system and provided options as our previous system had not been installed properly. They provided us with temporary cooling options and were very communicative throughout the process of replacing our system. They were professional, clean and respectful! Highly recommend!

I've used White Glove on 3 occasions, this time on the diagnosis of a failing heat pump and installation of a new one. They responded quickly on the diagnosis and gave me an honest assessment with my alternatives. For the installation of the new heat pump, the team was professional, courteous, and appeared to be quite competent and efficient. Everything was done well. They walked me through use of the smart thermostat. The service manager returned a month later to recheck the installation and to answer any questions. I highly recommend White Glove.

Josh and Jim came to my rescue! Quickly installed a water supply line under my house to under the sink so I could change my new refrigerator filter without having to pull fridge out of cabinet which I was unable to do. They installed a new garbage disposal and flushed out my water heater—all done efficiently and nothing to clean up! They did it all! Great guys! Great company! So glad I changed to them! Usually I do not take time to write reviews, however I thought it important to share my experiences with White Glove. If you find yourself in a situation where you need a plumbing company to address the issue, that company is White Glove! Recently I had a need to address a couple of problems which White Glove was my "Go To" company. Pete was so courteous, knowledgeable and practical. He addressed my problem and I was back and running (water) in a short period of time. Whoever owns the company should be proud to know that their techs are customer focused. Pete drove up in his beautifully maintatained service vehicle and proceeded to slip on Tyvek shoe covers and called me "sir" (even though that makes me feel older than I am). Pete went to crawlspace and informed me of the problem, and the solution. He went the extra mile in providing top notch service. (if other business/service companies ran like White Glove, your issue will be resolved with honesty, fair price, and high quality). I have a fair amount of technical knowledge, and it's important to consider that as HVAC and plumbing products continue to get more technical and advanced, the days of just replacing your filter is "behind the times". It's like as newer automobiles require specific levels of service and maintenance, so do the systems in the residence. Who would have thought that a heater or cooling unit would be running on computer boards??. Therefore, it's great to know that White Glove is the team that one can count on. Don't wait until that warning light comes on in your dashboard, but if it does, call White Glove. If I could post 6 stars I would certainly do it with confidence.

I found this company on Yelp. ( Sorry Google). Nick responded to my inquiry and answered my questions fast and efficiently. He scheduled a technician for the next day which was wonderful. My HVAC was inspected and recommendations were offered. And no they didn't recommend that I replace the unit (like another company did). There is so much more to the story to justify the 5/5 rating. Just know, if you decide to use White Glove Plumbing, you are deciding to use a company who understands the importance of providing an outstanding customer experience. I highly recommend this company for ALL of your heating and plumbing needs. :-)
