Over the years I have used City-Wide Services to upgrade my electrical, fix plumbing problems, and other issues. Most recently I had a plumbing leak on the night before Thanksgiving after hours. I called just to see if I could get someone even though I knew it was a long shot. Got the answering service but someone called me back from City-Wide very quickly. He told me that it was doubtful that they would be able to come out but he would have a plumber call me to try to mitigate any further damage. Nick called me back within minutes and actually came out that night to take a look. There wasn't much he could do that night but promised to be his first call on Friday morning after Thanksgiving. Nick called me early on Friday to let me know he and Prosper were on their way. They did a fantastic job trying to minimize the damage to drywall to find and fix the issue and thankfully he found it quickly and fixed it. That is my second time having Nick and Prosper fix plumbing issues and I highly recommend them and City-Wide Services. Customer service goes a long way with me and they are fantastic. Thank you City-Wide.

We were going to closing and had a few issues to address. When everyone else was scheduling a few days to a week out, City Wide, recognized our need and came out the same day. Charles was the electrician who responded, he was courteous and professional. What impressed me more, there was a slight issue with one of the items addressed, they again quickly responded and took care of the problem. A true measure of a company isn't when everything goes right but how issues are handled when repairs don't go as planned. I would not hesitate to highly recommend this service.

We have used City Wide on a couple of occasions and they continue to empress us with there quality . The plumber who served us yesterday was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain our problem, why it occurred and how he was going to repair it. His professionalism was a true credit to his company and his craft. Very reasonable prices also !

I was ghosted by the team despite calling back multiple times, never receiving a promised call back to schedule electrical work. On our initial call, I was told by the call center that the supervising technician would contact me to set up a time; 24h, no call. I called a second time, and the call center doesn’t have anything further to tell me, saying that they have no communication with the techs beyond sending notifications of phone requests. They assure me the tech will call me soon; no such call comes. I call a third time, and the call center tells me they’ll mark my request ‘urgent’. Still no call back, four days later. I am not sure exactly what happened on their end, but it is frustrating to simply be ignored by the business like this with zero recourse.

City wide services was refereed to us by our home warranty company. Although they were prompt with replacing our hot water heater, they did not replace the plywood that was rotting under the HWH and did not attach our stairs to the attic so that we could access it. Our biggest complaint is definitely in regards to their communication. We requested a quote to replace the quest plumbing in our home and they rescheduled multiple times. Finally after 17 days they informed us they did not have time to do the job. No phone call, no communication, I had to call them repeatedly to finally be told they couldn't do it. I received multiple quotes but City wide insured us they were the ones for the job. With sheet rock and plaster removed from the water damage incurred by a faulty HWH the home has been sitting vacant waiting for the plumbing install. Had City Wide services been even remotely promot with their communication we could have had the job finished weeks ago. Extremely poor customer service. Find another company for your work.

Back in January 2004 I had City Wide Services rewire my house, upgrade the electrical service and install a service panel in my work shop. Today 7/21/2016, I had them connect two ceiling fans to the Emergency Generator Panel. I have had nothing but Excellent Service from their Technicians not to mention the quality of the work is Outstanding. I plan on calling them back in the near future for some additional work in my home and I know I can count on them for professional service. The Technicians go that extra step to ensure Customer Satisfaction.

Avoid this company. I called to schedule for a plumber to come out and install a water line to our refrigerator. They said they would have somebody out on Wed Aug 29 between 9-12. At 1 pm I called and was told that they had an emergency call and were down 1 man. I said no problem and asked if they could send somebody out the following day. I was told that a technician would be at my house by nine am. on Aug 30. I called at 10 am and was told the plumber would be calling me. I never received a call so I called back at 11 am and was told that that they were trying to reach the plumber and called him twice but he wasn't responding to calls. I still haven't heard anything back. I believe they did not want my business so I called another company.

Technicians were able to come the day after we called when some of our lights didn't work. The 2 men arrived on time and quickly went to work. They diagnosed and fixed the issue and checked the other circuits. Good job!
