I had an emergency plumbing issue in the crawlspace on Monday. Norfolk Air sent their technician, Ricky. He came to the house, evaluated the issue and finished the job within a couple of hours. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Will definitely use Norfolk Air again for any plumbing needs...

We had an awful experience with another plumbing company and was without HOT water for 15days. Eric came and assessed us on a Monday and our new water heater was installed on a Wednesday right before Thanksgiving! He was Friendly knowledgeable and provided us great service.

Former blue ribbon customer. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS! I have had a few interactions with Norfolk Heating and Air, they have never actually fixed my issues, they have broken my equipment, and have left my system in danger of burning my house down. I’ve given this company over a thousand dollars and not once have they actually fixed my issue, not once have my home systems been better. They broke my grinder pump, claimed they “cleaned” my AC (literally still filthy, pictures below) and failed to recognize a failing capacitor that started arcing and sparking almost causing an electrical fire in my home. When I called they offered excuses for their poor workmanship, when I inquired how much it would be to replace the $10 capacitor I was quoted at $280 something dollars. I expected maybe $50-75 for a $10 part with a 30 min job. This company is taking advantage of peoples ignorance, breaking their equipment and price gouging simple fixes. I will not be returning as a customer and can not recommend them to anyone. I almost never write reviews, but I was so appalled at their service and know they have so many positive reviews that I felt compelled to say something.

I needed some plumbing work done under my kitchen sink. Eric and Will showed up promptly on time and worked very efficiently. If I have any plumbing issues in the future, I’m going to request these two gentleman by name. The professionalism displayed by these gentleman was highly impeccable!

Jerome came in as a professional gave name, showed ID. He was very knowledgeable in the service provided. He was determined to get the job done no matter how long it took. Good afternoon, well it is now thanks to Jerome. I am extremely old school and customer service is something I value and something that is very difficult to find these days. So therefore I was astonished when Jerome showed up on a Saturday, with not only the answers to our questions, but an amazing attitude, a smile on his face and a willingness to help solve our problem that day, not Monday but Saturday! He took it upon himself to contact our Property Manager to get the proper approval and the went and purchased the necessary material needed to solve our problem. Our problem was the fact our hot water upstairs would not shut off in our bath tub so we had to turn off the main there fore leaving us with no hot water. I never expected to have the problem solved on a Saturday, but Jerome was thorough, efficient and extremely professional. I work in the disaster relief business myself and was extremely impressed with his attentiveness to our situation. It was as if we were his family, that is how care for we felt. I can't say enough about how great our experience was with this young man. He was a wonderful representative for your company as well as his generation. Way to go Jerome, you are a notch above the rest.

Kyle is very professional and knowledgeable about plumbing. He was thorough in explaining issues and experienced in fixing them. Barry and his colleague were very knowledgeable and experienced in repairing the electrical issue I had. They were both friendly and conducted tasks with professionalism.

These guys are fantastic! They are extremely professional and thorough. We needed a full panel replacement, and all of our outlets and switches checked because we have an old home. They were efficient and explained everything along the way. They also gave us a lot of options and we never felt like they were pushing us towards the most expensive one.
