The first company I contacted wanted to rip out an exterior wall to get to my leaky kitchen drain pipe, thereby potentially costing me A LOT of money. Tyler and his pals figured out a better and less expensive way - braving the dank nastiness of my crawl space, he bypassed the bad pipe and installed new pipe within the wall itself, without having to rip it up. I like doing business with a smart company, and I'll be calling Performance Plumbing again when needed.

This was my first time using Performance Plumbing and I was very impressed. I called at 4:30 on Monday and they had someone out to the house by 1:30 the next day. He was very professional and respectful of the property. I was quoted a price and that is what I paid! This was not your ordinary small clog and required some hard effort on his part. He kept a great attitude through the whole job. I will use these folks again and highly recommend them.

The communication with Performance Plumbing at the beginning was rough to say the least and left a sour taste... HOWEVER, after talking with Mike, we were able to work things out and get them over to provide us an estimate ASAP (and at our convenience)! He was extremely professional, nice, and apologetic for how things were initially handled. He provided a very thorough, top notch estimate and you could tell he’s had tremendous experience in the industry! We received an estimate less than a day later (probably close to 12 hours after he visited the house). If you’re looking for a plumber in the area Mike and Performance Plumbing are extremely promising and a company I would definitely consider in the future! Thank you again!!!

Responsive, punctual, friendly and efficient. Office staff got a technician to my house within 2 hours of my call. Tech Gabe got right to the problem and cleared a sub-slab clog that was causing toilet waste to back up into shower drain. Estimate was provided up front and final cost was exactly as estimated. An unexpectedly pleasant outcome to a day that clearly started on a different track.

This week we used Performance Plumbing when both of our toilets started leaking at work. Charles was at our office quickly and worked efficiently and tirelessly to fix our issues. Amazing service, very professional and cleaned up after (looked like a new bathroom!).

I called Performance Plumbing around 9 o’clock on a Friday morning. I explained to the receptionist, Mallory, that we had a water leak in our foundation and I wanted to talk with someone about finding and fixing the leak. She said I needed to talk with Chris but that he wasn’t in so she would transfer me to his voicemail and he’d call me back. By 2 o’clock that afternoon I had not heard from Chris so I called back and Mallory told me that Chris was out of the office and probably wouldn’t call until Monday, but that she would contact him then so he could call me. He didn’t call. Monday rolled around and by mid-morning I still had not heard from Chris, so I called the office again. This time Mallory told me that Chris was back but not really back and asked if I wanted to leave another voicemail for him. Chris never called me.

I’d give these folks 10 stars if I could. They went above and beyond to help my family in a pinch. They managed the gas line installation project and ordered all of the required city inspections. I’m unbelievably impressed with each representative I spoke with, from the office staff, to the technicians, to the owner. Please do yourself a favor and call this group first. Get your project done right the first time! Thanks Mike and team!

Very professional and courteous service!! The crew that came out was on time, friendly and knowledgeable!!! Everyone I dealt with from the office staff to the work crew was friendly and eager to please!! The work was done right the first time and the price was more than reasonable!! It’s so refreshing to find a a company that takes pride in their work! I will definitely use them again!!!
