Called Jay on a Wednesday afternoon about replacing my kitchen faucet. He showed up Thursday morning. He replaced all my supply lines, cut offs and faucet. Had everything he needed on his truck. Extremely professional and very friendly. Price very reasonable. I like doing business with local businesses. Highly recommend him.

"Best-Way IS the way to go!" After seeing prior reviews for Best-Way, decided to call and give them a try. Jay promptly answered, and although I wasn't well-versed in the proper terms, he guided me and was very helpful in answering my questions concerning our outdoor faucets (43 yrs old!). He came out promptly to assess, and we set up a time for the repair. He was on the spot, and quickly replaced both faucets. Cost was very fair, and he helped answer more questions, as well. I called and he answered right away! He was on a job down the street and came over right after to help with a toy that my kids got stuck down the drain! Professional, arrived quickly and got straight to work retrieving the toy! I will definitely be calling for any future needs and will recommend best way plumbing to anyone in need!

I called Jay, the owner, and he came out to my house between 2 jobs, arriving within 5 minutes of my phone call!!! At first (on the phone) he said he would see if he could find the problem and then come back another day to fix. However, he quickly diagnosed my toilet leak problem and offered to fix it on the spot, doing a great job. I then told him about another problem on a second toilet and he offered to look at it also. It dealt with an "inside the tank" mechanical issue which he quickly fixed for me. I was so impressed with his cheerful attitude and helpfulness that I gave him a $20 tip. He is great!!

Best Way Plumbing is an amazing company with outstanding service. I’m not one to review a company, but I was compelled to share my experience. My shower had a steady leak, which we shut the water off to the bathroom and thought that the repair would be too costly to get fixed and would be charged an outrageous price for calling for someone to come out hopefully sooner than later. We called in around 0800 and had an appointment for the same day. Best Way Plumbing came out on time, fixed it in less than an hour, left no mess, and was perfectly priced. I will be using this company for all my plumbing needs and give my highest recommendation for anyone’s plumbing needs.
