This morning Eric and another young man came to my house to install two crawl space doors. They arrived early in the morning and got to work. Explained what they would do. Kyle showed my husband & I how the locking system would work. Eric got to work on crafting and designing our doors. The work was done and the area thoroughly cleaned up of all debris removed by Eric. Highly recommend.

Everyone was nice and friendly. They got the work done quickly and they showed a lot of care during the job. Highly recommend.

We were referred to Bell Cow by our home warranty company for a hot water heater replacement. They appeared to be very responsive initially to respond to the call. However, sending documentation in to the home warranty company took several days and repeated follow-ups to ensure processing. Once all repairs were approved, Bell Cow was able to schedule within 2 business days. They were quick and clean, answered any questions we had about the repair. We were notified that our county requires inspection of the water heater following installation that they would coordinate at a later date. During this interim period of two weeks, one of the hanger straps that technician installed to support a vent duct from the ceiling had come lose and was dangling. I had reached out to let them know and asked if they would like to remedy this prior to inspection. I was told that they did not warranty their work and that for them to come out correct the strap would be an additional service call and fee. When I asked what would happen if we pressed ahead with the county inspection and the inspector found that the item that required correction, I was told that "management would have to get involved" as they could not share the courses of action that might be taken and if it would be at cost to me. I requested to speak to confirm with management and was told the same. Based on this lack of information, confidence in services provided and assurances of future services, we choose to have the support hangar repaired outside of Bell Cow prior to inspection. We did not want to run the risk of being due additional costs if the company found if the water heater failed inspection and then working with Bell Cow any further. Based on this experience, my recommendation is that consumers only use this company with the understanding nothing is warrantied and at their own assumption of risk.

Bell Cow was fantastic. Mike Dawson was very professional and answered all my questions before beginning work. He did a great job at a fair price. The repair fixed my water issues and I can't say enough good things about this company and Mike. If you need any work done call them. I'm going to call them to see about an HVAC contract next. They replaced my water supply line to my house and it's awesome to know that good people still exist. I'm not always the easiest person to deal with I asked a ton of questions and Mike was patient and answered everything.

Company schedule appointment for 8am. Technician was 1hr & 20 minutes late. Technician didn't call. I called company around 15 minutes after. Kristen rep who answered shared they should be there. I advised her I didn't receive a text or call stating running behind. I asked to please check ETA had to go work. She did, tech stuck in traffic. Didn't like that tech didn't communicate so I could have a choice instead of me calling. She told me they would be there in 30 minutes. After 8:30am called back still no tech. I I formed Kristen that was not professional. Informed her I would wait until 9am. Techs arrived at 9:15am. They apologized for being late. They went straight to work and completed job in 20 minutes. They did communicate after job was complete the work they did. I rated three because I lost money waiting on them to perform a service & every business should no time is money. Traffic happens, however techs should call or text customer to set expectations.

I was not well briefed or shown (no photos) what sealing services were performed in my attic or crawlspace for the 1 hour the crew was here, other than 16 thin metal vent covers installed over my existing (8" x 16") foundation vents for $2500. as subcontractor for Terminix.

Came to fix my HVAC the next business day. Very professional and friendly. Went above by checking outside unit while he was here to make sure I would have no other problems. Highly recommend this company.

Bell Cow was fantastic! Our A/C died on July 4th (on of the hottest days within the hottest weeks this summer) Our home warranty originally tried to get appointments with two other closer/local companies who said it would be more than 2 weeks before they could even come out for an initial appointment. Third time was the charm, Bell Cow said they could be here within 48 hours! Sam came all the way from NC but arrived on time, quickly assessed the problem (blower motor died) and let me know that as soon as they could get approval from our home warranty they'd be back to fix it. Normally this process takes a couple days, not this time! Sam must have contacted his office before leaving my driveway, because the information was submitted to the warranty company less than an hour later and approved before the end of day! We had a to wait a couple of days for the part but as soon as it was available, Sam was back and had the A/C running in no time! Amazing company, and Sam is a fantastic tech! I'd give them 6 stars if available! Thank you!
