I don't recall the names of the 2 men that came out to work on my heater but I have nothing but praise for them. I had another heating company come out to look at my heating problem and they could not find the problem so I called Ellsworth Plumbing and they came out and repaired the heater. They had to come back 2 times for about 2 hours each time to make adjustments and did not charge for this service. I highly recommend them for your difficult heating problems.

What top notch service and top notch technicians!!! I am so pleased with the price, the service, and the friendliness. I had a toilet shut off valve that was leaking in my upstairs bathroom. They fixed it easily and went above and beyond by removing the toilet for me and taking it downstairs and out to the curb for me. I needed the toilet removed because I suspected the flange was broken causing another leak that traveled through the downstairs ceiling. My hubby and I are self-made handy people and will tackle installing the new toilet ourselves. But for plumbing problems we can't tackle, Ellsworth Plumbing & Heating is definitely my new plumbing company!

Words cannot even begin to describe how THANKFUL and IMPRESSED I am by Jimmy and Barry's determination to get to the root of my plumbing issue. Between the weather conditions they were up against and the knee deep griminess of the job. They did it with a smile and advised me of best practices to avoid the possibilities of this problem arising in the near future. The price was beyond reasonable for the job they were up against. If you want quality work done at a great price. Ellsworth plumbing is the folks you should call!!!

Jimmy and Barry did a great job replacing my leaky shower faucet. They showed up on time, were knowledgeable, efficient, and reasonably priced. Thank you!

Professional and funny phone receptionist made me laugh and not worry about my leak issue. Very polite and respectful technicians who actually explain what the issue your having and ways to possibly prevent it from occurring. They arrived within the time stated and came prepared to answer all of my 1000 questions and concerns. I thought my guest bath tube was causing the issue but once the guys took measurements, investigated inside and outside of my home they told me the issue was in fact my master bedroom toilet 🤦🏽‍♂️. I will definitely be using these guys for any plumbing and heating issues I have with any one of my properties.

I had a small leak that I called Ellsworth plumbing to fix. They made the fix and then 12 hours later the pipe exploded. When I asked for a refund they told me that my system was setup incorrectly and it wasn't their fault. I fixed it myself and haven't had any issues. Don't go to this company because if they don't give refunds even if they damage your property

Ask your plumbing question while picking up the parts Lowe's, Home Depot, or other home improvement facility don't. They know! They also are quite capable of taking over from the point you find yourself. We, starting with my parents when I was decades younger, and myself asking questions to recommending them from my own HVAC-R business. They have what you need in knowledge and supplies. I don't put my name on many things in this life... Ellsworth plumbing is one that I do. IF YOU FIND YOU HAVE A NEED CALL THEM

Ellsworth plumbing has been in business for many years. My visit today was for parts. I was doing a DIY job and no one in any big stores even knew what I wanted. The guy working the counter instantly knew exactly what I had and what I needed. This type of experience is few and far between these days. I highly recommend this business based on that alone. I will definitely go back.
