I can't say enough good things about this company! Our warranty picked them for us to deal with a leaking shower valve. The warranty company wanted them to find replacement parts, but JF advocated for a complete replacement and won that battle. The techs drove an hour and a half to Williamsburg and worked from 5:30-8 pm to get the job done. They were polite, professional, and took time to educate us on what they were doing. Highly, highly recommend!

I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone! We had to go through home warranty for our hot water heater to get fixed, and the home warranty is one giant jerk around, however Michelle called them over and over again to get our situation rectified and expedited. I am hard to impress but I am IMPRESSED with her drive to continuously contact home warranty to expedite our repair. With two little ones at home, being without hot water was challenging. Our tech, Lee, was great as well and very knowledgeable. High recommend this company, as they were pleasant to work with.

Lee and his team answered my call and within 15 minutes they squeezed us in to fix my toilet. It wasn't flushing and water was leaking but they corrected the problem fast and efficiently. I would recommend them for any problem you may have with your home.

I wish I could give this company more than 5 stars. They all were amazing from Theresa in the office to the field technicians. Everyone worked as a team and got the job done being professional and going above and beyond to make sure our needs were met and exceeded expectations doing so . Thank you so much JF Whitlow for going above and beyond for us today . Throughout this process with the warranty company dropping the ball Theresa in the office made sure I was aware of every step , she took the time to communicate with me and keep me calm during the error on the warranty department end and I thank her so much for that … This company rocks ..

Tech Chris did not install flange correctly nor did he secure it to floor correctly on 12/9/2020. See photos attached of before & after. On 3/1 called the company and was met with unprofessionalism not only by Teresa but also the operation manager, and chris. Company refused to listen, was argumentative. You should not have to replace a flange everytime a toilet it removed or replaced. Picture proof of the before and after work showing he broke up concrete to place pvc pipe. Extremely disappointed for a company of long standing history not to atleast come out and look at the problem.

Great company! I had them come out on two seperate occasions, once for a clogged line and a second time for water heater installation. In both instances they were very helpful and professional getting the job done quickly and answering any questions I had. The pricing was very reasonable for the jobs preformed and I would definitely recommend them to anyone seeking a plumber.

I had water coming from upstairs through my lights in the kitchen on a Friday evening. I called my warranty company they assigned this company, I called the emergency number no return call until Monday. Thank the lord I was able to find another company to get out asap.

I did NOT choose this company to replace my unit, my home warranty company did. It took two weeks from the time the unit was first evaluated for them to schedule the replacement. The office manager promised the tech would be at my house at 9am for the install. He showed up at 2:45pm. I called every hour he was late and was told "he is on his way" each time. When he finally arrived he was not able to make the replacement because the company would not send out someone to help him move unit into attic. The tech had to come back again the following day and showed up 3 hours late, again. After the install was complete we realized that he installed the unit BACKWARDS! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! The office staff misleads the customer. The tech does not read instructions for correct install of new unit.
