After another contractor handled the necessary asbestos abatement, they did an excellent job with the repair work. The drywall and molding repairs, along with the paint matching, were truly impressive! They took great care in their work, and the quality was top-notch. The office team, including Brian and Melvin, was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. They were very patient with our lengthy insurance matters. The highlight of my review is how the team went above and beyond to fix a scheduling mix-up. We had called 𝗙𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗗𝗿𝘆 𝗪𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 two weeks before our abatement was completed to confirm our repair appointment. We were given a date and time for someone to come to our home, but on that day, no one showed up. After reaching out, we discovered there was no record of our appointment. We were initially told it might take weeks to schedule the repairs due to their busy schedule. However, once they realized the oversight, the team quickly took action. They managed to fit us in, and later that same day, Brian and Melvin came to start the preliminary steps. By the end of the week, they had someone ready to finish the work! Imagine this scenario: your bathroom is suddenly waterlogged just before the New Year, and you urgently need a team to perform water damage restoration services. A team, recommended by my insurance company, was immediately dispatched. After my experience with them, I can confidently say that I would personally hire them again. The process commenced with a project manager, Melvin, visiting the very next day to evaluate the water damage. They managed to arrange a team to arrive on-site immediately after the New Year's celebrations. They were diligent in laying down builder's paper and setting up dust covers to ensure their work didn't invade our bedroom space. Then, they swiftly removed all the water-damaged elements of the bathroom (all within a day) and installed fans and dehumidifiers to ensure the area was thoroughly dried. The entire operation was carried out with great efficiency. I must give a special mention to Melvin, the project manager, who maintained excellent communication throughout. He guided me through every step of the process. Another commendation goes to Brian, who was on-site doing the work. There was a minor mishap where my medicine cabinets were accidentally cracked, but they took full responsibility, which I greatly appreciated. In conclusion, this water damage restoration team provided exceptional customer service, and I highly recommend them.

Brian was quick and skilled in his work. He listened carefully to understand the water damage issue and clearly explained what needed to be done, along with the costs involved. He also noted that if he found more serious damage, the repairs might take longer and be a bit pricier. Luckily, it turned out to be just the restoration of water damage caused by two toilets upstairs. Brian worked efficiently and with great attention to detail. I really appreciate the professionalism and kindness he displayed during the process!
