Sean was incredible! So friendly and knew exactly what needed to be done. Took his time and made sure everything was clean before he left. 12/10! 5 stars!

I had some lovely folks come out and give me an estimate, then knocked out the project in a day! I have a gas boiler water pump heating system and Brendan was able to reconfigure the system so a dishwasher can exist in my home, he also spent the time helping me figure out how to relight the furnace since I was completely out of my element and even went as far explaining some of the parts so I can understand what I have keeping me warm. I respect the hell out of a professional that can do a job with finesse but also is willing to talk and explain the system if you have some questions.

1-Tom-Plumber did an excellent job replacing a bathroom faucet in my condo. When I called to make the appointment, they were very courteous and were able to schedule me within the next day. The technicians showed up on time and called ahead to let me know they were on their way. They were efficient, knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. I’m very happy with their service and will call them again for my future needs.

On October 18, 2024, at 9:03 AM, I had an infuriating experience with a 1-Tom Plumber vehicle on North 95. Their driver showed reckless disregard for safety, tailgating dangerously close to my rear bumper and almost causing a serious accident. It was completely unacceptable and irresponsible behavior on the highway. The lack of professionalism displayed by this company’s driver is alarming. If their drivers can’t handle basic road safety, I wouldn’t trust them to handle plumbing issues either. This company clearly has no respect for others’ safety. I strongly recommend avoiding 1-Tom Plumber—there are far better companies out there that prioritize both service and safety!

I recently used 1-Tom-Plumber for a kitchen faucet issue that i had with a 24 year old faucet, in my home. From my initial contact with the office personal, Gabrielle who took my call and did her best to get my issue resolved professionally and quickly. On the day of service, Eric Washburn arrived on time and was very courteous and respectful. Although, he ran into some difficultly getting the old part off, and took a bit longer than expected still did an amazing job. The pricing was fair and transparent. There were no surprises. I will be definitely be using their services again, if the need arises.

Reuben was very helpful with diagnosing the issues and explaining all of the potential solutions. He installed new drain lines and fixed a number of leaks in a timely manner. We are very satisfied with the work and will definitely call 1-Tom again in the future!

I had a Sum Pump that went Bad. And this Plumbing Company came out and they were very friendly and professional. They got me a new Sum Pump installed, just in time fur the big Snow Storm. I can say with confidence, this company is a very reputable Company. And for everything they had to do, the price was Very Fair. I would high it recommend 1 Ton Plumbing. Their price was Very Fair. Ruben came to fix our mess of a bathroom. Of course our old house and old plumbing gave him a bit of a challenge but he had a solution and fixed it within a couple hours no problem! Will recommend!
