Davis and Green was recommended by a trusted Home Inspector as the company of choice for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical needs. He was 100% correct! I’ve used them over a year now and, without exception, every employee from appointment admins to service personnel have been exceptional, professional, polite, and knowledgeable. They take time to explain things and are patient with questions. They are detailed and considerate of your property. We had Edgar A. out today to service our units and he was an HVAC ALL-STAR. Thank you Davis and Green for reminding me of what service excellence looks like. Well done!

Hunter and Joe were awesome. They installed an electrical box on the exterior of my home very quickly. I thought the project might take several hours but they were done in about 1 hour. Everything looks neat and clean and the siding is well sealed. They were both friendly and polite. Reasonable price too. Highly recommend.

Electrician Evan who replaced an electric panel on a home I am renting informed me at 11:52am today he left the home unlocked when he was finished at 11am. He was then instructed to return to lock up and secure the home. In what universe do you leave a customer’s home unlocked? I only found out because I called him to ask when they’d be finished up since my appointment ran over. This is bad business. I am a single woman and could have come home to an intruder in my home or worse. Unfortunately, as professional as you all were initially, I would never be able to use you again or refer you due to the lack of judgment used in this situation. Let this be a lesson. Also, the wall is torn up above the panel so panel will have to be removed to repair. Kitchen wall on other side of panel damaged. Refrigerator scratched. Who’s doing these repairs???

We found ourselves out of power on one of the coldest nights of the year so far at 9 pm. After a couple of phone calls, it was suggested that we call Davis & Green. The lady that answered the phone was super pleasant and got us on the schedule for an emergency visit. We were told what the costs would be up front during that first call, which was refreshing. After a few texts, the tech on call reached out. We discussed our problem and he headed our way. That night he was able to get half the panel box up and working so we had electric in the back bedrooms. We agreed to the up front price for replacing our electrical panel the next day and he left, only to return a brief time later and go back to work. He managed to work a miracle and get the power back on - heat included - for the night, so we were comfortable. He showed up on time the next day, worked efficiently and got the job done. Not only were both the people we dealt with super nice, but very professional. We were given up front pricing that was rock solid and no additional things tacked on. Definitely recommend, definitely would do business with again.

Called Davis and Green to troubleshoot and repair my standby generator. Nae showed up on time, diagnosed the problem and told me her office would call with a repair quote as soon as they located the part. She was organized, efficient and professional. Only reason for four stars instead of five is because their office never contacted me with a quote or to schedule the needed repair (not Nae’s fault). Took a couple phone calls before Davis and Green could get me the quote. Despite that delay, Nae and Chris arrived promptly on the scheduled day, installed the part and had my generator back online in short order. They were professional, polite and pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend Davis and Green to anyone needing quality electrical service.

Nae Anderson came today to conduct our annual generator checkup. She was on time and did an excellent job. NAE found where the factory had not tightened any of the hose clamps resulting in a slow oil leak. She repaired, cleaned and serviced the generator in a timely manner. She also video tapped all repairs to send to factory so they can improve QAQC. Thanks Nae!
