Brandon and Davis were exceptional! Very communicative and timely. Everything from my first interaction to explaining what was needed and what the options were then making the best recommendation for our three clogged floor drains in the basement, these two were professional and efficient. They made sure to clean everything up leaving it all back the way it was found. Will definitely be using Foster again for any plumbing needs.

I had Foster quote and perform a system replacement, including some duct repair/modifications and aeroseal. The workmanship is of high quality, and I am happy with it, but I was most impressed that one week after the install was completed the salesman revisited me and walked around the house and crawled through the crawlspace checking everything and answered every question I had about the system, install, maintenance etc. I was very happy to have the opportunity to use the system and then get to ask informed questions about the programmable thermostat, recommended filter replacement cycle and everything else I could think of. This is just an example of the personal service they provided throughout the process and the unquantifiable benefits of the little guy who actually care about the service they provide! Great job Zach and Foster's team!

Danny is phenomenal. He is very professional. He was assigned to check why I had no hot water. He explained to me how the heating element was defective because air was trapped around it and over time increasing element temperature causing rupture due to overheating preventing efficient transfer of heat to the water. He asked me to listen to air getting expelled as the water tank was emptying out, even when he was unscrewing the lower element it popped out like pressure cookers of old, which jolted him slightly. Then he showed me the damaged metal part with holes revealing borders projecting outwards indicating explosions. After the new element was installed, he bled the water heater to expel all the air before filling the tank. Then he ran all the faucets, left for about 25 minutes and came back to ascertain that there was hot water. Full circle completed! Touchdown! It was very gracious of Danny to take the time to explain the process of the heating element failure and necessary corrective action. I’m gratified for the learning. I have hot water now and am truly delighted with the outcome!

I would recommend Foster to anyone needing to get plumbing work done. Dan was amazing and he was prompt, flexible and knowledgeable. They laid plastic and utilized cardboard boxes that I had already at the house to protect my carpet which I greatly appreciated. The service was completed in a timely manner and it was affordably priced. I can easily say I will be a life long customer!

Foster Plumbing and Heating did a wonderful job installing a new gas hot water heater. They showed up around 8:00, put cardboard down to protect my garage floor, had it all installed by 11:15, and checked the water temperature and showed me how to use it before leaving. I highly recommend them.
