James was awesome. He covered the entire work area and path to it protecting my hardwood floors. Only needed a small portion of the ceiling removed to repair the cold water line to the toilet upstairs. My husband deals with JRA at a commercial level so they are our first choice around the house too. Thank you again James!

They are on the leading edge of technology and the staff is very courteous, very knowledgeable, always prompt, and so professional. Had a whole house humidifier installed in less than 4 hours. I called James River for a water heater emergency. James Ferrell arrived promptly assessed the problem, and determine I needed a new water heater. I had an absolutely terrific experience working with Justin, James and Travis to do an installation of an entirely new boiler system for radiant heat! Those guys are absolute professionals and incredibly skilled, competent and conscientious. They designed a system that is incredibly elegant, solved a bunch of problems that historically this house has had (3 story, 118 year old house) and installed in a super compact and thoughtful manner. It looks like art!! I did a fair amount of research including obtaining estimates from all the big RVA HVAC companies (and a few smaller ones). Travis and Justin know what they are doing and if I had to do this over again or anything like it in another house, they are the first and only call I’m making. Highly recommend. Always refreshing to find people that are truly expert and genuinely care.
