Darren and J did a great job and was speedy as well, amazing workers with great work ethic. Repaired the burst pipes and installed more efficient ones as to not have any future problems. This is my second time having Darren and first time having Jay come help with an issue I needed fixed but they still remained upbeat, positive, and very respectful. Highly Recommend their services.

I spoke with a kind gentleman who let me know that Technician Darren would arrive next day between 8-10 Am. Darren arrived Promptly to fix an issue we had with our drain. He took the time to explain and show exactly what the problem was with a camera. (Roots and wipes) Darren very kindly advised me to not use flushable wipes, although they say flushable, as they can still cause blockage. Thank you!! I highly recommend Darren and this company!

I’ve worked with many service providers on repairs and renovations over the years and always try to work with small local businesses when I can. Unfortunately,, my experience with Masters and Sons left me regretting my choice. I asked for an estimate on a system upgrade and instead got rushed into a service call I didn’t need that was way over priced. It honestly felt predatory and I would definately not refer them to friends or family.

A while ago I asked for a quote in getting a bathroom installed into my home. They came out twice the first time was a pleasant interaction. However the followup was less so. I emailed and called a few times as I never received a quote, at one point a received a quote for work I didn't even want done. The second time they came back was to confirm what I wanted done and they pushed for me not to get permits, kept asking about other projects in the home and still did not get me a quote with clarity in a timely manner. As a first time homeowner who relies on research and reviews, I would say this company did not act as I believe they should have.

Theses guys are amazing, my mothers toilet was clogged so we called them and they arrived within the hour. They resolved the issue within minutes, quick and clean, they also added a discount for senior citizens. What more could I ask for "great service and great pricing".

Darren is a very professional and hard working guy! He is knowledgeable, friendly, and focused to take care of your plumbing needs! Great work!

Plumber Larry and Darrin came to my home. To fix a icemaker line. I had a leak that mess up my cabinets. The line did not have a shutoff valve and cause alot of damage. As soon as they showed, they where able to closes the line and replace it with a new line. Thank you for rushing to my home. It could have been worst. I was ready to have the line eliminated but the tech person convinced me to keep it. Thank you for you speedy responds. Not only was the fee reasonable but I had to call in the payment because it was emergency.

Darren was very nice and explained everything very well. Down to earth and easy to talk to. I will definitely call again for any help I may need.
