10/10 experience. We called with a leaking toilet in our studio and they had someone out within 15 minutes, assessed the situation, cleared the backup and resealed and caulked our toilet all before the close of day. Steven F. was friendly and informative and made sure we knew exactly what was happening. Highly recommend and will absolutely be using them again if we ever need!

I woke up earlier this week to water allllllll over my bathroom floor…as a single mom, with 2 little humans, and about zero knowledge of anything plumbing, I obviously turned to google…Nuckols was my first & only call. If I could give 10 stars, I would; but 5 will have to suffice…the woman that answered the phone was so sweet and immediately put me at ease, saying she had just the person to help me out…I then talked to the service manager, Jeff, who was amazzzzzing…he didn’t just send his guys, then a bill; he explained what the issue was (over the phone w/ pictures), gave me options, and had his guys at my house later that afternoon…the guys were friendly and professional…they fixed the issue, cleaned up after themselves, and even let my son “help” out b/c what little boy doesn’t love plumbers😊 I also never felt like I was being over-charged or taken advantage of (which ya know, sometimes happens when you’re a girl asking for help with something like this) and I actually ended up paying way less that I thought I was going to!!! Thanks Nuckols & team, you saved the day this week!

Amer and Hunter came and did an emergency clean out of our drain lines. They were very competent and professional. Came quickly and performed the job with care. Highly recommend them.

Water Heater Replacement. The plumber was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He and his assistant were very easy to get along with. The plumber thoroughly checked my water heater prior to replacement to make sure I really did need a new one. I pretty much knew from research and prior experience that I did need a replacement, but I appreciated that they didn't just do the work without checking first. They were prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. Very fair pricing. The two people in the office I spoke to prior to making my appointment were also super freindly and helpful. I need to have some work done on my hvac system, and I will definitely be giving these guys a call!

Nuckols is hands down the best plumbing firm we have experienced in the area. They are professional, responsive, very knowledgeable and on time. Each and every tech has been extremely competent and professional in doing various repairs for our home. Would highly recommend!

Extremely rude staff! This one almost collided with me in the parking lot of Home Depot! Then drove behind me like a madman, just to swerve around me and give me the finger. Extremely unprofessional! License plate number UWD-8001! Awful!

I was experiencing an issue where my heat was not working on my downstairs unit. Instead of the "Big" companies, I decided to support local businesses this go 'round. I made a VERY wise decision this morning by calling Nuckols! I submitted an email and was called back in 30 minutes and Nuckols had me on schedule between 1 pm and 3 pm the same day!!! Gerald W. was prompt, polite and personable! Gerald asked a few questions, checked some wiring and found out some of them had been crossed on the air handler board and some were actually burnt! About and hour later and Gerald had my downstairs working. Gerald had redone the wiring on my air handler board and I am pleased as blueberry pancakes with Nuckols and Gerald!!! If Gerald is a reflection of the business as a whole I have found my forever service!!! Give Nuckols a try, you won't be sorry!

This review was from 2 months ago. I've added more in quotes about my more recent experience with Nuckols. I had a pull-down faucet that became loose at the base and needed tightening up. I called yesterday and got an appointment for this morning! Jeff was on time, very friendly, and efficient. Nuckols is my preferred plumbing company. "On September 20th (Friday night) I discovered my water heater was leaking so called their emergency number. Within an hour, Steven F. came out and assessed the need to replace it. He was very reassuring that it was a slow leak and all I needed to do was sop up the water until they could replace it the following Tuesday. On Sunday I had another concern and he quickly returned my call and reassured me. On the day of the installation he and Hunter were fabulous (courteous, informative and efficient!) Nuckols is definitely my plumbing company!"
