The Plumbing Officials definitely are true to their name. They are very Knowledgeable, Professional, Prompt, Caring, Compassionate, and they do Excellent work. My family and I will be forever grateful for the speedy repairs that they completed on our Main Water Line. Great Service and again Great Work! We will use them for future services. 👍

Our experience with the plumbing officials was absolutely amazing. Joe, who we worked with, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We needed a new custom shower installed because the old one was falling apart and wasn't installed properly by the previous homeowners. Joe guided us through the entire process and was always available to answer any questions we had. Additionally, he ensured that all the work was permitted. Unfortunately, we were still experiencing backups in the shower even after the new plumbing was installed. Joe discovered that the old cast iron coming into the house was completely rotten, which was causing the backup. Joe and his team promptly returned and fixed the issue. After a few weeks of hard work, we are finally up and running. Joe and the team at the plumbing officials are truly professional, and their pricing is extremely fair. They have earned our trust and are now our go-to plumbers.

The Plumbing Officials came out and effectively replumbed under our sink and replaced our dishwasher! (My wife is SUPER HAPPY!) Even though it was heavily raining, they came in and got the job done, cleaned up the work space (our kitchen) and left it better than they found it. We would definitely recommend for big and small jobs!”

Khalil came and helped us out with a garbage disposal replacement. He was easy to work with and up front about cost and recommendations of priorities. He did not bat an eye when we initially decided not to move forward. He returned when we were ready to complete the work and continued to be fantastic to work with. We feel very fortunate to have found Khalil and will call him for our plumbing needs moving forward.

Khalil and Ali came out and saved the day for my family. We had a burst pipe and they came out on a Friday evening to fix the issue. They were professional and courteous. They took the time to explain the issue, solve it, and then show me the repair and gave some tips to prevent future issues. I highly recommend them and their company. Support local!

Joe was very diligent and analyzed a difficult problem, which was a drain pipe that had been installed with a reverse slope which caused the blockage. He was also very careful in the way he went about his work, and promised that we would not be charged if they could not address the problem. I'll use The Plumbing Officials again if we have need for a plumber.

They came out during the evening when a pipe burst and were able to get us back up and running in a few hours. Joe and his crew still took time to explain things and the pricing was good. Will use them again in the future!
