Zoom Drain

I had a great experience with Zoom Drain today. Clogged toilet issues are never fun but Chris, the technician they sent out for the job, was great! Chris is knowledgeable, quick, efficient, professional - even kind to my dog! The whole process took about an hour and I was charged a competitive rate based on another quote from another service. If I ever have a problem that requires a plumbing solution, I’d call Zoom Drain again.

Would not recommend. Had a clog in the long powder room drain that was likely caused by the slope not being correct. Technician didn’t bother to go under the house to check to see where the clog was or if the PVC needed to be opened and unclogged that way. Instead he tried snaking from the toilet which then pushed the clog into the main drain (which impacts my other toilets). It cost an additional pre-approved $200 to then unclog that drain. He used Zoom Jetting (a form of power washing) which sprayed toilet paper and sewage water all over my crawl space vapor barrier (see photo). This was later cleaned up as best as could be but still resulted in sewage contamination on the barrier. We offered him a bucket to use to prevent this mess but he declined the offer. He also tried to say we might have a clog in the main sewer line outside that a camera would identify. Other than the powder room, we have never had problems with any toilet, sink or shower in the house nor noticed a sewage smell. A main sewer line problem made absolutely no sense.

Absolutely Amazing Service. My toilet and sink were clogged. We had a competitor plumbing company come out to diagnose the problem. They claimed I had a major issue and would need a company that could use jetting technology to fix the "Major" problem. Absolutely terrified I called Zoom Drain as they have excellent reviews. The receptionist was very nice and scheduled a service call for the next morning. Austin and Jonah were prompt and extremely professional. They put me at ease immediately. They communicated every step of the way and had the problem solved quickly. Somehow a wash cloth got flushed. They were able to snake the drain and clear the sink too. They were extremely thorough and the price was very reasonable. I will be using Zoom Drain for all my plumbing needs! Highly Recommend!!!

Zoom Drain worked with my schedule, came on time, was professional and cleared the clog out. $225 for 10 minutes feels high, but it’s probably standard these days.

They were so fast to come take a look at our overflowing drain pipes in our basement! Very fast, professional and the technician, Phillip, was amazing! No mess left behind. Figured out the problem and fixed it! Great price and great service! Thank you so so much!
