I’ve been using Cardinal on and off for a decade for HVAC and even an upstairs bathtub leak that damaged the ceiling below. They are always responsive, punctual, thorough, and respectful. This time, I had mold growing in our basement (yet the drywall was dry - I was perplexed). I didn’t want to take any chances “saving money” with a random plumber. Mike was wonderful. It turns out this slow interior pipe leak was buffered by a loose board builders left inside the ceiling and it absorbed the moisture (why my ceiling wasn’t sopping wet), but of course it didn’t stop the mold. Mike quickly diagnosed and replaced the 44 yr old pipe that was dripping, helped us inspect for any additional mold (nope), and gave followup instruction to make sure it dries before patching to be sure sure. From booking online the evening before to repaired next day, we are so happy to have this fixed quickly and professionally! I’m relieved this wasn’t a bigger problem, but I knew they would be the right call either way.

Stephen was wonderful from start to finish. He has a pleasant smile and beautiful personality. He’s very knowledgeable and it was such a blessing to have him in our residence. Cardinal plumbing is highly recommended. They are honest and trustworthy and as a customer I was kept well informed. This contact will forever be in my folder of trustworthy companies. I recently had the pleasure of working with Brian Boyce from Cardinal Plumbing Heating & Air Inc, and I must say the experience was absolutely outstanding. Brian addressed three separate plumbing issues in my home: a kitchen faucet replacement, a leaky valve, and a misaligned faucet. What truly set this service apart was Brian's thoroughness and expertise. He took the time to clearly explain each issue, identifying the root causes and patiently answering all my questions. What we initially thought would be quick fixes for the valve leak and faucet alignment actually required significant work, and Brian dedicated a full 1.5 hours to resolve these problems completely. Beyond addressing the scheduled repairs, Brian went above and beyond by voluntarily checking my water pressure and providing valuable guidance about my kitchen faucet issues. His diagnostic skills saved me from making unnecessary purchases or repairs. Although Cardinal Plumbing couldn't match an unusually low quote I'd received from another company for my kitchen sink line replacement, I actually felt guilty about not proceeding with their service after witnessing Brian's exceptional workmanship and the generous amount of time he spent resolving my other issues, and that too voluntarily. It's rare to find a service professional who demonstrates such dedication, honesty, and expertise. Cardinal Plumbing has earned my highest recommendation and future business through their commitment to customer satisfaction rather than quick profits. I couldn’t be happier with my experience using Cardinal. I had a late night leak and was worried about how much fixing it would cost. Cardinal’s technician Jake was helpful, informative, and knowledgeable. He offered me a price for addressing the exact issue, but also diagnosed an underlying issue that may have contributed to the original problem. He also offered the yearly service plan, which cost much less than I had anticipated; but he wasn’t pushy about it. He worked extremely quickly and cleaned up after his work. Couldn’t be happier with my choice to use Cardinal!

Alex was polite and professional! Yet we both agreed that had Cardinal did some initial screening, his trip could have been avoided. I wanted a kitchen sink replacement mounted UNDER the quartz countertop. Well turns out Cardinal doesn’t do that, only drop-ins, a total waste of time for both of us. 😢

Stephen was great to work with. He came out quickly, communicated when he expected to arrive, provided a clear explanation of what could be done, why it’s of value, and what the costs would be. Provided multiple options based on different factors, adjusting for different budgets. Very happy so far, and excited for them to install the new items. As an update, the installation was flawless for the new Essency water heater. They were extremely nice, answered every question I had, helped me feel confident in what was being done, and kept me updated the entire way. Very nice team, couldn’t be happier with the job they did. Jonathan and Max who I worked with were wonderful, would happily work with them again. Final update, Daniel and Willie wrapped up the last items for me, and did a great job. They were kind, courteous and helpful. Installed a water conditioning system and point-of-use reverse osmosis system. Very happy!

Cardinal came to my house quickly, the day I called, to assess my hot water heater and were able to switch it out the very next day! They are very communicative. The plumbers each explained why/ what they were doing. They were gracious and it was a great experience! I will definitely use Cardinal again.

Called Cardinal after we had a pipe freeze and leak for the second time in two years due to the unique design of our kitchen. Michael was very knowledgeable and thorough in his work and everything looks very well done and clean. I am confident it won't happen again after his job well done. He explained everything well and didn't pressure me to get more work done than was needed. Would definitely recommend Michael.
