We have had nothing but great experiences with the Michael and Sons specialists! Today we had a hot water tank installed by Josh Kapu. Josh did an amazing job! His attention to detail and meticulous craft was very impressive! It looks SO great! Josh was a pleasure to work with and he was extremely helpful during the entire process. Josh completed the estimate on his first visit then met with us prior to the install to work out financing and today completed the install. Our hot water tank is an unusual lowboy that was not in stock. Josh worked out another size tank to ensure delivery (and I think it’s an even better quality tank than originally planned.). We felt well taken care of with the high quality of service Josh provided. He even cleaned our 18 year old crusty floor that the old tank was on prior to installing the new tank. It seriously was above and beyond and we are truly grateful! Thank you Josh!

Our plumbing technician Eric Kang was extremely helpful and efficient. He really took the time to understand the problem before confidently explaining the replacement he would need to perform. He had everything he needed already with him and replaced multiple pipelines as well as the pressure gage that was causing the issue. Thrilled with the immediate fix. (Our water pressure had dropped so low we couldn't even shower and the hot water would run out within minutes.) Michael & sons sent him out the same day that I called for service and Eric was extremely punctual. Came to around $800 which was worth it and honestly unavoidable. It's not always fun being a homeowner but it makes it easier when you truly get great service and an ongoing issue is finally resolved

Justin was incredibly professional from the moment he arrived. He parked his truck carefully, greeted me politely, and before stepping inside, he put on protective coverings over his shoes to keep our floors clean. He conducted a thorough assessment of our issue, explained our options clearly, and provided expert recommendations. Our technician Darrin was knowledgeable, meticulous, thoughtful when setting up our water filtration and other systems. He spent several hours more than he had anticipated to make sure everything was set up perfectly. Amazing service!

Provided exceptional service replacing water heater and mixing valve. M&S responded quickly and scheduled replacement services on a Saturday, with less than a days request. Josh K. arrived early, quickly determined what was required, and then spent the day removing the old equipment and installing the new system. The work was extensive, and Josh worked continuously throughout the day, never taking a break, to ensure the work was completed and system operational by the end of the day. Service and results were outstanding. Highly recommend M&S for any service needs.

We could smell gas in the basement and Justin Garcia was able to quickly identify the leak by the water heater and offered us multiple repair options. Justin thoroughly explained what each of those options entail and answered all of our questions and told us how long it will take to complete the job. During the first visit Justin was running a bit behind from the previous assignment that took longer than expected and made sure to notify us accordingly so that we can plan for it.
