Nice company and Joe & Zach sent were prompt, professional and respected my requests to wear shoe covers in the house. They did great work, provided an honest up front cost and did all as promised. Would call them again for any of my plumbing needs.

I have full trust in Lanthorn plumbing as I have used them going on a few years. I called 1st thing this morning (0800) of a possible clog line. Spoke with Kim. Water was backing up in Shower and Toilet. She had a team at my house within a few hours. Joseph and a co-worker were professional and courtesy. Explained the situation and after discussion of cost they went to work. Thank you Paul of Lanthorn Plumbing of having certified technicians working for you.

Had a clog and sewage smell coming from the laundry room area so I called them to come and take care of it.They looked around the property for about 45 minutes and said that they couldn't find the clean out so they took the toilet up and said that they would do the hydro jet service to fix the problem.Without running the camera to see where the clog actually was, they said that they cleared the clog with the jets all the way to the street and that it was all fixed. Paid them almost $500.00 and they left.The next morning I got up and went in to the laundry room and the sewage smell was 10 times worse than before! The problem was still there.I called a friend that works for the City of Suffolk water department to come run the camera for me.He found the clog immediately and fixed it for nothing for me. Thank God for friends in high places.He said that they basically took my money and had not fixed the problem. Would never use them again or recommend them. They could have at least offered to give me half of the money back since they did absolutely nothing that I had asked them to do. I should have called my friend to start with but I know how busy the City keeps him.Oh well, lesson learned.

Was able to schedule a same day appointment for a burst pipe, the technicians fixed it on the spot even if the pipe was in a hard to reach place in the crawlspace. Excellent service and timeliness.

Excellent plumbers! Price was great, they were on time and got the multiple jobs done quickly and with quality. Definitely would use them again!
