All Day Plumbing

All day plumbing were excellent. We called them on Sunday afternoon they were here first thing in the morning Monday about 9:00 AM. They were very professional they replaced our toilet, they did give us 3 choices we chose a new toilet. They had it done by 11:30am. So efficient and professional and very nice. I would recommend them highly.

Joster & Rocky encountered a few problems during their repair assignment in our home, which was almost 10 hours altogether! In all my years of having contractors repair & upgrade our home(she's going on 55 now. Lol) Their tenacity, Never give up attitudes to get our water draining correctly deserves nothing but a long standing ovation. Joster knew We, my parents 88 & I 57 are on a fixed budget. Hence he took off certain $$ accordingly. Please the owners & management of ADP recognize their hard, "old school" work ethic & professionalism 💪👏🚰🖖♾️ In my pov, they(ADP Technicians) will NOT charge you for unnecessary("ghost") parts, labor, etc. They showed me all the defective & age worn pipes, pvc, etc; rust, corrosion from the 5.5 decades of everyday normal regular use & drainage. Joster even astounded me when he climbed/brought up a heavy snake machine, bolted to a little dolley by ladder to get on our roof in the final 30 minutes of their long arduous work day!!! I can reminisce being young & strong like that years ago. Lmao 🏋😜

I called All day plumbing for a plumbing issue today, and they arrived as quickly as they could, which I appreciated very much. The technician was professional and knowledgeable. However, what they didn’t mention upfront was a move forward fee. This is after looking at one item so beyond the initial cost of $95 for showing up, (which is waved from the move forward price $275). While the service itself was fine, I wish they had been more transparent about the costs before coming out.” Then to get everything fix it’s a major price on top of that.

Look no where else than All Day Plumbing!! Called first thing in the morning due to standing water, Tiffany was welcoming and had me scheduled same day. Communication was excellent in confirming my appointment and alerting me when my technician was en route, including a picture. Joster arrived early, was incredibly polite, courteous and patient. He explained everything, solved the problem quickly and went above and beyond at every step. I couldn't be more pleased with All Day Plumbing's customer service, excellent work and fair prices. My technician was prompt and courteous. He Carefully explained the problem and my possible solutions as well as some recommendations for what I can do in the future to prevent a repeated problem. They had everything back up and running quickly. These guys were great, and I would definitely recommend them.

Prince Kumar and Rockiedo Holloway Did not resolve the matter at all. Kept pushing a water heater sale on me. My current water heater was new and kept going on about how bad the brand is, and they go bad quick. Replaced upper and lower thermostat and elements. Still not working. Didn’t want to tell me that it was electrical issue. Saying it could be either electrical or a bad water heater. But was very confident it was the water heater. Had no other answer but replace the water heater. I’m pretty sure that manager he was talking to was telling him to keep pushing that sale on me. You guys are supposed to be technichians not salesman. Why couldn’t yall be good honest genuine people instead of trying to franchise over me. Got a electrican over here, and look at that. It was an electrical issue. Smh there is no way these two mechanics did not know that. So instead of just having a diagnostic fee, I got a replaced thermostat and a $600 bill. Save your time and money from these “sales engineers”.

Randon was delightful! On time, professional and even gained the approval of my cats! The work is beautiful and exactly what we discussed. He kept me posted about progress and everything was completed in a single morning. I got the estimate ahead of time and I highly recommend All Day Plumbing!

I called All Day Plumbing after trying to fix some sewage problems in my house for the past week… I had purchased a heavy duty sewage drain machine, but was unsuccessful in cleaning out the waste lines to resolve the issue. With snow getting ready to arrive, I reached out to All Day Plumbing this morning, and they set up an appointment with one of their Technicians for a couple hours later… Joster arrived and after listening to all the steps I had taken, he proceeded to give me a game plan on how he was going to approach the situation. Thankfully, the first approach was successful and he resolved our issues and ensured everything was working with no issues and good flow away from the house. My wife and kids are happy since they can now use the washing machine and take showers without concerns! I would highly recommend all day plumbing for anyone having emergent or recurring, plumbing issues!
