This was my first experience with Atomic Plumbing. The first thing David did without being asked was thoughtfully put the “booties” over his boots. Very appreciative. David was very pleasant and polite. He patiently answered all of my questions and corrected my issue concerning the low water pressure in my sink and was thorough in checking the pressure throughout my house. When I made the appointment, I was given the cost of this initial visit whether they did the work or not and appreciated that it would be used toward any work done and it was. As he explored the possible causes of a couple of minor issues I was having, I asked him the costs of repair, and he was very forthcoming which helped me make an informed decision about whether I truly needed to address all of them at this time. Our discussions helped with identifying the possibles causes of future issues with the same plumbing in other areas of my house and the cost to fix. I was very pleased with David’s attention to detail. I have not compared their prices with a similar high quality plumbing company in my local area vs the VA Beach location of Atomic?

Justin and Scotty did such a great job. I set up an appointment and they came when they said they would. Right from the start it was clear we called the right company. Justin and Scotty were very professional. They answered all of our questions, explained everything they were going to do, and the why behind it. My wife and I initially needed a plumber to replace a leaky hose bib on the back of our house. While they were here, we asked then to quote us on replacing our front hose bib, adding a shutoff for the rear hose bib, replacing a valve on our hot water heater, and increasing the water flow in one of our bathroom sinks. They were able to not only replace the rear hose bib, but they did everything else in a very timely manner. They went above and beyond and we are very pleased with the quality of their work.

Monday, I was cleaning our mechanical room and discovered our water heater was leaking. I called my husband who works close by and after removing everything from the room, I left for a doctor’s appointment. My husband called Atomic Plumbing and then he went to Lowes and bought a water heater. Atomic was at our house shortly after my husband and by the time I returned from my appointment, the new water heater was installed and the old one was in their van already. For disposal. Our old water heater was 25 years old. A Sear’s Kenmore. When we moved in 16 years ago, we started draining it yearly of sediment to maintain it. We knew it wasn’t going to last much longer so this wasn’t a huge surprise. We appreciate Atomic’s fast service, willingness to install a box store WH and military discount on service. We had hot water a couple of hours later for dishwasher, laundry and showers -uninterrupted. Thanks Atomic!!

Atomic Plumbing are the BEST! We have used them recently for both an indoor and an outdoor problem, and they have been super prompt, efficient, and effective. A while ago Trey did some great detective work and solved a water heater problem inside the house, and today Mike C and Dalton spent hours outside in the cold finding and repairing a serious leak from a broken pipe. They always give us an e.t.a so we know they are on their way. Every Atomic technician we’ve met has been unfailingly personable, polite and a pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any plumbing problem!

This is my first time using Atomic Plumbing but I consider my experience a good one. Sean was my technician and he explained and showed me different alternatives and prices.
