Contacted Blessings Plumbing after hours! The next morning. Scott, the Tech was here at the time he indicated. Explained that this was not the first time we have dealt with this issue with the laundry drain backing up from the kitchen. Went to Home Depot and poured concentrated drain opener down into the laundry drain. WRONG!!! Approximately 40 feet of drain had been replaced and still had the gurgling sound after that. Efforts were made by Scott to snake the drain from a Valve that had been glued at the original installation. After cutting the Sheetrock to visually see what was going on, the plumbing was installed incorrectly and no TRAP was never installed 🫣 that would have been his access location for the snake. No wonder we couldn't find one😲. Scott informed me what he was going to do and why explained to resolve this issue we've been having for eight years. FINALLY, we can have this issue resolved. His work area was very clean as he worked on the plumbing issue from start to finish. He drove from VA Beach to Chesapeake which, is approximately 25 minutes without traffic issues. Blessings Plumbing Company are truly Professionals. Polite and courteous! Listened to our issue and resolved it to perfection! My wife, especially my wife, truly appreciate repairing the drain because it wasn't repaired before. Someone who looked at the problem and knew why we were having this issue for so long. Fast and Amazing Service!! I called and spoke to Sarah and explained I needed emergency service for a fountain repair. She was so nice and professional. Work was okay. Pricing was not clearly explained. Called out to look at a clogged faucet and to look at heating unit (controlled by a rinnai). Tech spent 8 hours at the condo (2 - 3 hours changing the faucet as well as a toilet valve) and rest of the time trying to troubleshoot the problem with the heating unit. After the 8 hours, he indicated that he would have to get an outside expert to look at the rinnai. Was charged $800 for the faucet, valve and "diagnostic fee" - which would have been waived had he been able to fix the heating unit the same day. Outside company came out and repaired the heating unit. I asked the company how much it would be and he said that he would be billing Blessings and Blessings would bill me. I ask how much he would be billing and he indicated $600. I received a bill from Blessings for $1,195. When I called to find out why it was so much more than the $600 they were billed, that is when they explained to me that they charge $185/hour and the $800 which I paid was only for the time spent replacing the faucet and toilet value. The $1,195 was the $600 from the outside expert plus the remaining hours spent the day they tried to diagnose the problem. In total I spent $2k for basically a new faucet, toilet valve and check valve (which was the problem with the heater). None of this was explained to me prior (mostly my fault for not asking). Glad the repair is done but not happy with the price or the process.

Blessing plumbing is the best. We have used them now for years over several jobs. Mr. Blessings plumbers are always dressed professionally, polite, and tidy when they are not the job. The work is top notch. Thanks to all that work at blessings for an awesome experience.

We had a water backup in our home. We called Blessings Plumbing and they sent two technicians over within a hour and It took them about 2 hours to work on the Plumbing backup. Stephen and Greg were very professional, nice, answered our questions and kept us up to date on the progress they were making. We also received a phone call from the owner to see if we were happy with the outcome. We are extremely satisfied with their work and we will definitely use them again.
