I could not be more pleased with the outcome of my kitchen restoration. It was not an easy fix as my husband had built the cabinets years prior, and they had to be rebuilt and the color matched. Rick and Ki were amazing. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and expertise were outstanding. In every case, whatever I requested was provided, and they went the extra mile to make certain everything was complete to my specifications. Every person I worked with at Emergency Restoration eagerly offered solutions and made what could have been a nightmare doable. Serene and the office staff helped me walk thru the financial side easily. I highly recommend this company. Great people with an A+ work ethic.

Dan, Pearl, David, and Josh, the were amazing! Very friendly and they worked quickly and hard. We had over 100 boxes and they got them all unloaded in 2 hours! I would definitely trust them with your stuff during reconstruction.

Rick and Ki from ERS came out once again today to install our barn doors after staining them beautifully and assembling them. They enter into our newly renovated bathroom. They also installed new baseboards that they also stained beautifully to match our existing woodwork and installed hardware on our newly installed cabinets that they installed on their last visit. They worked tirelessly trying to get the barn doors to retro fit our older home that has settled and is no longer plumb or level and did a terrific job! They also went out of their way and hung our mirrors for us! The patience and diligence and persistence is very impressive! Their professionalism and kindness goes above and beyond and they are an absolute pleasure to work with! ERS has some of the most wonderful and talented people working with them! You all should be very proud of your staff!

Jacob was knowledgeable, kind, and honest. He came out for a free consultation to look at our issue after we had a pipe burst last night. Jacob prevented us from having to spend an arm and leg by letting us know the issue would clear up on its own since we already had the pipe repaired. A professional and honest company. We would highly recommend!

Professional, courteous workers for starters. Matt's water mitigation team was exceptional in their response and duties. They arrived within the hour from the time I initiated contact. Dehumidifiers going 24/7 for several days, cleaning mold where founded, followed by fans for five days. They kept my house amazingly clean during demo. I am totally impressed by the teams' skills and courtesies. Jacob, the cost assessor of how much the recon project will total for insurance purposes, has so much experience in the industry from actually laying tile down early in his career, to knowing the inside and outs of the industry.
