I am posting this on behalf of my patient and her family. Eli came today to look at her faucet that had been leaking under the sink. Didn't take him long to figure out the problem and to fix it. Eli was extremely nice. My patient, who has dementia, remembered him and his family. They have been to her house previously, to fix something in the master bathroom. She said that the whole family is nice and that it was beautiful to have a family ran business. I greatly recommend GK Plumbing.

It was easy to get an appointment. Lisa arrived at the scheduled time, and she was quick and efficient. Pricing was also reasonable. I would definitely call GK plumbing the next time I need a plumber.

Eligh came out and quickly assessed the issue and fixed it for a reasonable price. They have been out for other repairs in the past. I highly recommend GK plumbing.

I had to take the time to write this review after speaking with Greg today on the phone. I called looking for someone to come out to my new house to show me how to use the water softener and a check on the well system. To make this short, he took 40 minutes of his own time on two separate calls to guide me through how to use it. He was very nice and explained everything very well. He definitely knows what he is talking about and was a pleasure to talk to on the phone. Thank you very much for the peace of mind you have given me knowing how my well pump system works. Any plumbing issues I have you will be my first call.

I've been blessed to have Greg Kram handle my plumbing needs for nearly a decade, a span that has included several plumbing emergencies that he's handled quickly. It's so unusual today to find someone who answers the phone, is always pleasant, and performs quality work promptly at a reasonable price.

I would have given this company 5 stars for the work that their rep performed for me last year; excellent service and very professional. I called today about something similar and Greg was telling me about something in his notes about me refusing to pay for a service and mentioning names of neighbors/people I don’t know. I found proof of payment and told him about the proof and it still wasn’t enough because he was focusing on some faucet service I know nothing about. When he mentioned the type of faucet he thought I had and I told him I had a different type of faucet, he still insisted that I refused to pay for a service. I have no idea what he’s talking about. There was a time when I would have recommended this company, but will never use them again, nor recommend them to someone else.

First time using GK Plumbing. They were prompt, very friendly and professional. Fixed multiple issues in a timely and thorough fashion. Very informative and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using their services in the future!

We have used them on 3 occasions, and each time they have been quick to respond, quick to fit our repair in, and fixed the issue. Really all if the traits you want when plumbing goes bad!
