I called with a problem with our heating system, and a technician was at our house within three hours!!! The tech (Dom) was amazing. He was efficient and kind! He diagnosed our problem and had it repaired within the hour. I would highly recommend Guy Smith. While they were here, we even set up a plan with them thanks to Lynn in their office. She also was extremely nice and efficient!

Guy Smith is an awesome company. Very prompt and responsive to calls and other issues. Pricing is very fair and in my opinion they seem to be cheaper than other companies I’ve used. Conner was awesome! Very respectful, took the time to explain what needed to be done and gave all the pricing. No more leaky tub and no more stopped up drain. I’m happy!

Marvin has replaced my garbage disposal, leaky sink drain and master bedroom toilet. He was efficient and knowledgeable of his craft. Ron, who assisted him on our toilet replacement was extremely helpful as well. Can't wait for them to replace my last two toilets. The upgraded model is beautiful. My husband and I are very happy.

On January 30, 2025, I received exceptional service from Mr. Don Solomon, HVAC Technician. He contacted me beforehand to provide an estimated arrival time and arrived punctually at 10:15 AM. After verifying my identity and the purpose of his visit, Mr. Solomon listened attentively to my description of the unusual noise emanating from my unit. He then provided a clear and concise explanation of the system's functionality, offering valuable insights into the Rudd brand. His diagnostic testing was thorough and professional. Throughout the service call, Mr. Solomon maintained a courteous and respectful demeanor. His communication style was exemplary, demonstrating both expertise and empathy. It is rare to encounter such a high level of professionalism, promptness, and technical knowledge in a service provider. I am extremely pleased with the service I received and would wholeheartedly recommend this company to others. While no business is without room for improvement; today I did not witness any room for improvement. The quality of service provided by Mr. Solomon and this company was truly outstanding. Dominic arrived in a timely manner for my appointment. He was kind, efficient and explained his findings and recommendations well. He was professional and truly such a nice guy! From his service today, and the ease of setting up the appointment with a lovely women on the phone, I absolutely recommend Guy Smith heating, cooling and plumbing.

The original guy who came out to look at the older unit to diagnose it and sell us the new unit was great. The two installers who came, worked hard and were very professional the whole day! Once they tore down the trim and casing, they informed me that they would have a guy come and replace it once they were finished. When the day was over, they informed me they spoke with their supervisor and would not be replacing the trim as promised because it wasn’t the companies responsibility. I was told I could call the company and they had a contractor they recommended for these fixes, which I did. After two days of requesting a quote from this contractor, he finally quoted me an absurd $650. Overall the experience was good, but if $9000 can’t buy some trim and casing replacement, I would not recommend this company to someone else!

Conner did an excellent job. One visit and the work was done promptly and at a decent price. I will definitely be using this company again for any future work. Thank you for an amazing job!
