These guys are the BEST! Prompt service, job done right, clean, neat, on time, they work with you - just a great company to work with. Bo and his crew did a wonderful job removing the old Geothermal System (garage and attic), installed the new one, new ground water pump, new vents in the room over our garage (which is now a climate controlled hobby room), put in a new thermostat - the works. Was afraid our 28 year old system would go out any day, and it was getting really cold out. Glad we chose Hats Off - we have been warm all winter, and looking forward to being cool all summer... and with lower heating & cooling costs too!

If I could give this company more than 5 stars I would do so!! Bo, the owner and his team, removed my old boiler & replaced It with this beautiful unit below. It was very, very cold the day that they did the work. Bo had told me that the installation would probably take one and a half to two days. They stayed and completed the job enough so that I had hot water and heat that evening. They returned the following day and completed the job. Bo was concerned about not replacing my old thermostat & returned the 3rd day (of our 11 inch snowfall) and installed a new thermostat and all was well. When he left there was almost 2 inches of snow on the ground!! A phone call from him later that day to make certain I was OK …need I say more? Thank you, “Hats Off”!!!

My hvac has not been working in over 4 months. I’ve had 2 people look at it, with no resolution. I’ve been using space heaters all winter and was not prepared for the heat that will be upon us soon enough. I called on a Saturday morning and Bo came out almost immediately and had it working within an hour for an amazing price! He was courteous, thorough and honest. I can’t recommend this business enough. I will never call anyone else for my heating and cooling services ❤️

Hi, future customers and ongoing customers! Ryan respectfully called letting us know he was in route, gave an ETA, plus arrived early! I experienced an informative time with Ryan and his great interpersonal skills! Not only was he knowledgeable but also found out the solution to my heating system fairly quickly! It was fixed swiftly and efficiently. Good, old fashioned, friendly customer service sure goes a long way. It's a rare type these days in/with businesses, so we truly appreciate it. 🎩 HATS OFF were so great Ryan + 1 were scheduled to arrive within a 2 hour window and kept me informed of their arrival time and again when they were on the way. It was 30’ F and I had no heat. They got it up and running and even changed my air filters. I couldn’t be more pleased. My house is now nice and comfortable/ warm. ❤️ THANK YOU 🎩 HATS OFF
