Great company, the best Va beach has to offer if you are in need of any commercial, residential, and service plumbing needs. Johnny Eiban (owner) of 1plumber 4 U is a stand up guy with strong morals and even stronger values , the quality and efficiency of himself and his employees are beyond comparison to his competitors! Don't usually post reviews, but felt compelled to write this as I am also a local contractor in the Tidewater area for 30 years, and can see excellence in a company that goes the extra mile. I highly recommend this plumbing contractor to anyone in the Hampton Roads area.

Called Johnny on Sunday late afternoon. He said he would get someone out Monday morning. He called me back and asked if I had called the City of Norfolk. He said they would cover if it was their system. They came out and it was a clog between the house and sewage line. Johnny sent out Brian Monday morning. They arrived early and got it all fixed. Good price too.

Due unto others, live by the golden rule. It took the tech longer to complete the invoice than repair the plumbing and I was charged $175. Are you kidding me. In the old days a plumber would say no charge. And I would call them the next time. Will not happen again. Fooled me once, shame on you for this outrageous fee. Funny if you google the company JME Plumbing T/A 1Plumber4U (a.k.a.) JME is out of business. No wonder. Treat others like you know what and word gets out. Very short sighted. Off to write other bad reviews on other web sites. Johnny you shot your self in the foot. Good luck brother.

Came to my house with a buyer without authorization from the homeowner. He created a hole in my tub then tried to write a quote for it. He refuses to fix it even though I have pictures that he caused it because it wasn’t there 2 days before during the professional home inspection: called him to give him an opportunity to fix it and obviously he isn’t insured. Will be taking him to small claims court!!! Don’t use him. He is a scammer!!!!
