I had a fantastic experience with Neptune Restoration, specifically with Tim. After being let down by another company, I called Neptune Restoration on a Saturday and spoke with Steve, who was very nice and helpful. Tim came out the same day! He was incredibly professional, answered all my questions thoroughly, and performed the necessary work efficiently. Neptune Restoration is nothing but amazing! We used them for a significant amount of water damage to our condo in 2023, due to a pipe bursting in our attic. They came out super fast and assessed the situation immediately. We started mitigation on the spot and they had our water dried up and ready for repairs for a quick turnaround. Fast forward to New Year’s Eve 2024, and again they did not disappoint. We had a much smaller amount of water damage due to a neighbors water leak seeping into our condo this time. They came out within an hour of contacting them and were extremely helpful. Offered us fans to help dry out the water again, but this time they offered sound advice on next steps and if we should even file a claim due to smaller amount of damages. We loved every interaction with their team of knowledgeable employees and highly recommended them for anyone needing mitigation services. They will not swindle you, and will guide you through what is usually a confusing and hard time to wrap your minds around as homeowners. Thank you again to the team for all that you have offered us and while hopefully we won’t have to use their services again, we know we have a great contact for any futures issues that may arise. HIRE THIS COMPANY. Steve and the team at Neptune are amazing. We spoke with several companies after an emergency, we had water pipe bursting that caused a ton of damage. We also found out that our insurance company denied our claim. By far, the team at Neptune was the most knowledgable and thorough of any of the companies we spoke to. Neptune is professional, kind and efficient in their work. If you are ever in need of water damage restoration services, I cannot recommend Neptune enough. Great service. Very quick. They were very good at explaining the process to a first-time homeowner like myself. Rate was also good. Saved me $1400 I thought I was going to have to pay extra. While I hope I never need them again, they will be my first to call if I do.
